    Sent an envelope of documents via the UPS Store # 5785 located at Orient Way, Rutherford NJ. The envelope arrived at its destination soaking wet and in atrocious condition due to the package being left out unprotected in the weather. As a result, the documents contained within were totally damaged and rendered unusable. I filed a claim with Jay at UPS store # 5785 and provided all the documentation Jay requested to file a claim. I provided over a dozen photos of the damaged transit envelope and the damage to the documents that were shipped. Additionally, proof of the costs for the original documents were provided with credit card receipts. The UPS shipping charges were $111.90 and the costs of securing the documents approximately $60.00. Thereafter, Jay informed me I would be entitled to "about $60.00" as reimbursement. When I questioned Jay on how this amount was determined he stopped communicating with me and ignored my additional written correspondence and phone calls. I understand things can go wrong however the character of a company is revealed by how they deal with their errors, especially an error caused by UPSs gross negligence in handing the package. Needless to say, UPS and their agent Jay have failed miserably. Jay's refusal to respond to legitimate inquiries about damaged caused by UPSs gross negligence speaks volumes about UPS lack of character and professionalism. Caveat emptor!

    This place is virtually like any other UPS or FedEx store. People who work here are helpful. I've been coming here for years to ship my personal things and do Amazon returns. Always have had a good experience here. The location is very convenient for me, but parking is poor here.

    Avoid this at all cost.

    To the one's who are willing to make business with Nex Worldwide Express ;…read more " 1 Star " is extremely valuable digit for this company. They don't even deserve a digit or a rating. I provided them shipping services from Miami. They asked me to load cars in containers and we did. We also provided them container trucking services, export customs clearance services. I send them my invoices. Amount was $2450 USD. Last 1 year we've been trying to collect our money. Everyday another lie, another story. Today, tomorrow... we send it... Oh.. sorry to hear that how come you haven't receive yet !@#$%^. No worries... you will get the payment confirmation soon.. bla bla bla... For this reason I called their employee Mrs. Cagla Topcu at least 20 times. She told me and typed me " I am sorry on behalf of my company " They do this all the time !!!. ( I have screenshots send by their employee to me Aug 2 2024.) By the way stay away from her as well. You won't believe but they called me again for future businesses.. they said " they need my services again :-)) I kindly called their office and requested to speak with the owner, manager or someone running this business, I also asked the person working on accounts payable. I left my name / phone number / company name... No one called, no emails.. ! I assume the owner of this business is Turkish... Please note that " I am writing this review, making a scribble campaigne about this company for no reason... We are not asking anyone to find us, come and work with us... " I am just warning you all to be careful if you planning to work with Nex Worldwide Express / Shipnex.com. In case you need to see I can share all documents, emails, screenshots, proof of invoices and emails with anyone asks. Please look at the other customer reviews about this company. Looks like they designed the company for fraud, taking advantage of US Companies and Consumers. I will also report them to FMC.gov ( Federal Maritime Commission ).

    For the first time in years I am writing a review. I am doing so because this company has generated…read moreone of the worst experiences of my life. I shipped a large case/trunk from the United States to Dubai filled with expensive electronic equipment. DHL is the shipper they work with. They initially lost track of this massive box (125 lbs) and it took over 4 weeks to arrive from the USA. I blame DHL for that, but no matter. Since I foolishly went with SHIPXEX to administrate this shipment instead of DHL or FEDEX directly, only SHIPNEX could facilitate the shipping cost refund with DHL and file a claim. I spoke with DHL three times and they assured me that they would fully refund the costs for a shipment that was guaranteed on DHL Express to arrive in 8 days or less, but took 4 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, only SHIPNEX can generate the claim since they are the DHL shipping account holder. SHIPNEX has done nothing but blow me off for over a month now as I have requested, emailed, called... to get them to start this claim process with DHL. The refund claim process for a delayed/damaged shipment with takes 30 minutes or less, it is a rapid process and this particular shipment is very straightforward and DHL is happy to refund given the delays. I call SHIPNEX still once a week and ask for a status update, each time I speak with only two different voices on the other end, each assuring me that "someone" at SHIPNEX will "contact me by the end of the day" with an update. Each time I call it is revealed that NO claim has been filed with DHL and there is NO new information. My wife and I both have the distinct feeling these people are blowing us off and are trying to pocket the money, I would not be surprised if they have filed the DHL claim with their personal shipping account and pocketed the DHL refund themselves. I have an over 20-response email chain at this point with no answers, and each time I check for an update via email or phone call I am told "we are working on it" or "someone will contact you by the end of the day". Never happens, and I have called DHL to see if there is a claim against the waybill number, none exists. These people at SHIPNEX are either frauds, hacks, liars, incompetent, or all of the above. If shipping internationally, don't use this company. If your items are expensive, suck it up and go with FEDEX or DHL direct, because they will handle your claims responsibly.
