My very first reaction as soon as I stepped into this new(er) UPS Store... Easy-peasy, smooth all-around.  Yeah, the cranky old man in me was a bit miffed that the guy currently helping me decided to answer a ringing phone instead of letting the other two guys - who weren't with customers - pick it up instead.  (The new generation just do things differently, I suppose.)  Packages went out that night, arrived/delivered the following day as needed.
