When we approached the manager, she explained that "it's that way because it's a copy." Since they were not usable, we asked for a refund. She refused and explained again that it was poor quality because it was a copy. The original is crystal clear. We pressed for a refund and she refused. Do not use them for your business needs if you need to make copies.

All I needed to do was drop off a pre-labeled, pre-paid package that my spouse asked me to return. Not a big deal and I accomplished the task but left there in a sour mood. It's a shame that these people hate their jobs so much that they have to be snotty to the customers and try and fuck up their day as well. Seriously, if you hate your job, quit! Nobody is forcing you to work there. So sick of being polite and friendly only to be greeted with a scowl and a person clearly looking for reasons to deny service. All they had to do was take the package and go on with their day. I gave two stars because I was able to send the item but not for lack of them trying to find a reason not to. I don't typically use Frdex and for damn sure won't again.
