Dropped off Amazon returns, the place was swamped and I was told to use the kiosk. First time with the kiosk, thought everything went well except it only registered 1 of my 6 returns. I didn't realize this until I received the multiple emails hours later with the labels to scan. This was not a problem, I called the store the next morning and was told that they had my package in their hands and would pull it and put a note on it. Great! Until I arrived later in the day and no one knew what I was talking about and the package had been processed and sent.... No help at this point, I was told to talk to Amazon, who then said I had to take it up with UPS... read more

Have used this location many times for Amazon returns and have never had any problems. Staff are reasonably polite and ready to assist. Never more than a few people in line, and it moves quickly. Convenient location. In short, it checks all the boxes. read more

Avoid this store at all cost! They are very disorganized, the staff is rude and there is no way to tell if your packages ever left the store on time. We had 2 day deliveries take 10 days. When we called the store they said they could not track packages unless we paid for them at the store. Ours were prepaid through our account so they would not help us even though we dropped them off at this location. Worst customer service ever! read more

I have been using this UPS store for several years. Tim, Henry and staff are so friendly. They are always on top of things if I have a package they notify me by email and text. I had to drop off an article I was returning. During this Coronavirus pandemic, no precautions were being taken by staff or customers. I had on a mask when I entered. Staff did not have on masks and there were no sneeze shields present. No hand sanitizer in sight and I did not observe staff using any between customers. There were 4 customers ahead of me, not one had on a mask and were not social distancing. The UPS driver came into the store and noticed all I had was a box to drop off and scanned it and took it from me. He didn't have on a mask either. I am a RN, I was so disappointed by this store and community members not taking this pandemic seriously! read more

All companies have the right to set up their rules and regulations for operating, however, I feel they are regulating themselves out of business. Very difficult to deal with in my opinion with poor customer relations. I'll be using USPS in the future. read more

I had to mail something via UPS overnight during a recent trip to Lexington. This location was closest to the worksite so I made a quick trip out during a lunch break. The store was not crowded. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who took care of me quickly as can be. Package in the mail, I had my tracking number all within a span of maybe 5 minutes tops. Fast, friendly, courteous service - that has been my experience at most UPS stores I have frequented and this one was no exception. read more
