The staff is extremely unknowledgeable about general and basic understanding of the SOPs - when the attendants reach out to the manager on duty (blond, younger) she spoke to them as if they were dumb. Extremely disrespectful to her staff. They were many guests in line waiting to be served as well, so this manager what not only disrespectful to the staff, but literally to the customers that were in the store as well. My recommendation is this store needs a very quick visit from the district or corporate manager to address.

I moved to Lemoore from Bay Area back in July of 2024, since then I have had lost packages, or they were put in wrong box with key going to wrong mailbox, etc... wrong key has been in my mailbox at least 3 times. Wrong mail in my mailbox, I have delivered to correct address, but not so sure it will be done for me with the same courtesy.. There is money spent on packages that people order and for them to be put in the wrong box with wrong key, is not acceptable. The mailboxes are not kept up, the larger boxes are broken and only two may be working. This is on Brighton Ave, near Wexford Dr.

I dropped off my order and a week later I have them trying to give me someone else's clothes. I explain the sizes of my clothes that I dropped off, they proceeded to call me a liar. They say they have an invoice saying one size and a bag with someone's clothes with a different size (already proving they have no idea what they are talking about). My order was one of several getting the same thing embroidered, however I am my own paying customer and dropped of my items on my own and according to the lady because it was "part of the group" they just threw them all together. She told me there was a chance someone else my group could have gotten my clothes but that wasn't her fault. So it's not her fault she gave my clothes so someone else, make that make sense. I did ask around and no one has them, she attempted to get me to claim the clothes that were the wrong size and I declined, so the best she did was refund for the embroidery, but I'm still without the clothes with them taking no responsibility. I also saw the work on not my clothes and it look terrible, give your business to someone who actually takes accountability when the mess up and actually attempts to fix it. That was the first and last time I step in that establishment. It's zero stars for me.
