Staff is only friendly sometimes. The lady that is the manager is always great but the other girls always have an attitude like they can't be bothered. What caused me to leave a review today is I had a UPS label in my email that needed to be put on a box. Rather than them scanning the label and printing one out they charged me $6 to print the label under their computer services. this is unacceptable. You already have the label info in your system, scanning it and printing another label SHOULD NOT COST ANY MONEY. read more

I had an expensive order and paid $7 extra for signature required. I took the day off work so I could be home to sign for the packages. The day of delivery I got a notice for delay in shipping. I wouldn't be home the next day so I requested delivery to the UPS Store instead. Two packages cost to divert to store: $30. When I picked up the two packages, I got another charge for "heavy items" $40. I already paid for shipping and I get up-charged another $70. I also missed out on work so there goes that money. i don't review places often anymore unless i've had a really bad experience, or a really good experience and i've now had multiple bad experiences with this ups store. every time i go in there is some sort of problem with the package i am returning to amazon even though i am simply following the directions from amazon. i would've given this place 1 star, however there is a woman there who is at least polite and try's to help you figure it out. unlike her other coworkers who will make you feel dumb. on monday when i came in this one employee was coughing all over the place without covering her mouth. i am not even germaphobe but that is gross and disrespectful. read more

I recently just built my own PC and because I don't really have a secure location to have all my expensive computer parts shipped, I had the option to send them to this UPS location. Great for me with a sense of security. The staff were very helpful and made my pickups very easy. No issues. read more

I rarely use the services UPS has to offer, but in the event I need to come pick up a package that was attempted to be delivered, I refuse to come to this location due to the unintelligence that works here. It's duly frustrating and day ruining to have to interact with the unavoidable people who work here. Not friendly or helpful. I would give them no stars if I could. My computer illiterate mom came in to return some packages she had ordered from Amazon. She didn't know how to print the return labels and the woman who helped her went above and beyond to help my mom. She was able to locate the labels, print them out, and then packaged everything for her. She really didn't have to do half of what she did for her. My mom was very grateful. They've done me wrong 3 times. Lied about not having a package and then I managed to trick the other girl into telling me it was actually there. Mailed my packages to somewhere and they ended up being lost (they were pictures so I won't get those back). Then last but not least I was having a packaged delivered and the delivery driver rang my door bell and left within 10 seconds. I walked from my kitchen to the front door and he was driving away. So I went to the store with the note he left and asked for my package and again they lied about not having it just so they didn't have to look in the back. I have not been back since and I don't recommend this place to anybody else. read more

I have read some of the reviews here and was reluctant to receive their services but took a chance to send an important items to my wife who has traveled to Arlington Virginia on Military business. The clerk (Megan) was extremely helpful and went ABOVE and BEYOND customer service, so far as to package up my items very neatly and offer suggestions to my benefit. Bravo Zulu Megan... I just went here and had horrible customer service. I live in an apartment and they always mix up the door tags between the apartments so it's not an unheard of thing to get the person across from me package. I wasn't expecting a package and was just trying to get it where it needs to go because it is the holiday season so I know this time of year is crazy and I didn't want any disappointed children. But I walked in and the manager was behind the counter and was very rude and snide towards me. Another employee came up and was helping and the manager made a very rude comment towards the other employee and then I stud there ignored while they both were playing with decorations. Then other employee then got on the phone and call the center and figured it out. It was sad to see a manager put an employee down and as a customer witness it. While I was standing there I witnessed that manager treat more customers liked they were stupid. I personally will not be going back to this center just because of what I witnessed. I hope they fix this because no one deserves to be treated any less than how you expect to be treated. read more

GREAT SERVICE and ATTNETION!!! My husband and I sell Antiques online. We ship around the world and some items need that extra attention in packaging. We had a fragile figurine that we had just sold for $600 and needed to make sure that it arrive safely. A woman purchased it as a birthday present for her husband and it was important that it arrive without any damage. This is the first time that we used UPS services in packaging. We just received an email from our customer and she was so excited with the care and attention in the packaging, as well as the item itself. Her husband loved it. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I went to this UPS store and Krissy was AMAZING! She CARES about her customers - a rare thing to find today! I had to ship an irreplaceable platter, made for me by my 3 1/2 and 1 yr old grandchildren, with their handprints and footprints on it (made into reindeer)! I was SO scared it was going to end up broken during shipping! She completely understood my angst and took GREAT care to make sure my platter was packed with enough cushioning and the appropriate sized box, along with marking it fragile! She has a child and knows how special things are like this! I was able to watch her pack it up and felt very reassured that it had the best chance it possibly could of making it home in one piece! I am THRILLED, I received it yesterday and it was exactly as perfect when it came out of the box, as when it went in! I will be going to Krissy for any shipping needs I have in Lemoore in the future and you should too! THANK YOU KRISSY! read more
