The staff at this store could not even perform the simplest task of packing up a shipment with a prepaid label that I gave them. I emailed the store a prepaid shipping label for them to print out and package an item. They insisted that I needed to provide an account ID number for the company that was paying for the shipping. Since I couldn't get the number, they said they couldn't send my item. When I tried to take my item and shipping label with me, they weren't going to let me take them. They made me pay for the shipping label I gave them before I could leave with it despite my insistence that I had provided them with the label. They did not generate it for me. Three weeks later I was finally able to make the 45-minute drive with a puking car-sick toddler to try again to ship the item. Upon arrival, I pointed out to them the account ID number that they would need to ship it. This time they very quickly packaged the item and put on the exact same label that I had given them before. And then Amy the saleswoman said that she didn't need the account ID number. She said that if I had brought that label the last time I came, then there wouldn't have been a problem. When I told her that I did have that label the last time I was there, that they even printed it out for me on their printer and made me pay for it, she insisted that I didn't. I actually had the receipt for the label payment with me and showed it to her, and she continued to insist that I never had the label with me the last time. And then some other worker across the room also told me I was wrong and that I did not have the label with me before. Despite me showing them the emails and the receipts, they continued to insist that I was wrong and that I never had the label. These people are clearly insane. I just want them to not make the same mistake with another person, so someone else doesn't have to make a three-hour drive with a puking toddler because they don't know how to do their job. And regardless of whether or not they believed me, what happened to the customer always being right? They shouldn't have treated me that way. It was very disrespectful and rude. I should have gone to the store in Greensburg. I won't make that mistake again and I hope you don't either. read more
