These were items selling on other sites for hundreds to thousands of dollars. On auction day only 6 of the items were up for sale! They sold at very low prices ,$100.00 - $300.00 ! After Alderfer deducted their commissions and expenses they sent me a bill! I did protest and they ended up sending me a small check. It took over a month to get my 10 items back. They wanted me to have an estate sale to sell these and other items. I wouldn't trust them to sell anything for me ! I feel this was a total scam. This is a warning to anyone wishing to sell items.

Complain to manager, he had installer come out to look at it, and he got very angry and jumped al over me saying it was a great job. Complained to Uhaul customer service and they said they were sorry , but it was typical with this install. On top of everything else, the harness does not work. Going to a different dealer to get that fixed. Stay away from Uhaul if you need a hitch.
