They moved me from Lakewood to Fairview Park, Ohio, at a speedy rate, but were very cautious and professional. I was given a time range and they arrived within it friendly and ready to go. Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. They then proceeded to become very rude and aggressive. I called the office to report their behavior and I was sobbing crying . The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. As a matter of fact, all of the other employees go out of their way. The others are so kind and professional. This man is flat out rude. He accused me of lying that my Amazon package was shipped to me in a different box. No, dude, it wasn't. The box I brought in the store was the same brown box that the item was shipped in. He went on further to ask me to identify where the original shipping label was attached to the box. I removed it as a convenience to him when I packed the item. Because he couldn't find any residue from the shipping label, he accused me of lying. And there were some UPS labels stickers on the box! What a jerk! I'll utilize a different UPS store from now on. Management needs to address this behavior.

This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already. I'm sure I'll be back soon as this is a great and friendly attentive to FedEx Office and other online printing options.
