I travel nationwide with work and go to UPS stores all over the country. This store has the best customer service. Usually every time I come here a lady name Kim is working and I always try to get her because she's so friendly and helpful. There's some other girls that work in here but I can't remember their names and they're very nice friendly and helpful as well. As far as contacting the UPS company it's awful and the customer service is horrible, but for the job the ladies do in this store is five star. read more

I have never had any issues at this UPS store. They are always accommodating and helpful. At times they are busy, but that is understandable, People just need to be patient. Yes they charge a fair price. I had to have something notified and I thought it was reasonable. Their Amazon returns are just fine. If they have to print the label, no problem. Amazon return, return label provided to my email. Expecting to go in the this location and have them receive, print and attach the return label? Too much to ask for at this location. Requires the customer to log into their local computer, credit card required. Log into Amazon account and print the label, another charge to the credit card, per page. Better not want color prints. Thankfully, the computer login and prints are on the same charge, but wow, talk about money hungry corporate location. read more

Last time I was here, I was told I couldn't print a PDF from a USB drive. All UPS stores can do this. I figured the person was either incompetent or didn't understand this was possibly a temporary malfunction. Came back a month later to print 2 pages from a USB drive. $2 minimum to print a PDF. Insane. All other UPS stores are 8¢per copy - no minimum! Their customer service sucks. I will drive to mesquite and pay $2 in gas before I will pay $2 for 2 pieces of paper! read more

Very disappointed in this franchise. Makes things way more difficult than they need to be. I've never had problems renting a box for my entire family at any other UPS store except this one. "EVERY PERSON" needs to come in in person and bring a photo ID and sign a form. REALLY? You want me to bring an infant in and sign with what exactly? Really dumb owners who lack common sense. Needless to say, they've lost our business forever. How many times do you have to do stupId before your franchise goes under? Update to your response: No, you were explicit that EVERY member of my family had to fill out a form "in order to receive mail" because how would YOU know how old they are? But it's not really material--all of your reviews are negative, and with a "we really don't care" attitude you won't be in business long anyway. read more

These people change employees as much as you can change toilet paper in your bathroom. On top of the computer situation how they don't know how to print out anything. Rebecca is the Manager I am guessing, horrible person and so snooty. The other employees there talk about their personal business and are more concern with that then you as a customer. I don't want to hear about what going on with you that is not why I am here. I went back here a couple of times thinking it would change nope it doesn't. I will take the time to go to Forney UPS Store then this one. Also asked about 2 pervious employees and did the trash talking begun. I'm surprise this place hasn't closed down yet. read more

We were not home when a package was delivered so it was taken to this store. We had no choice in it. It was a package to my daughter and her fiancé from their bridal registry. It was addressed to her and her fiancé at our address. I took the slip the delivery person left with me as well as proof of my residency at that address (property tax records). They would not give me the package since it wasn't my name on the package, even though I had property records that I was owner of that property. I was told they would not give it to my daughter either since her identification did not have her married name on it yet. The only person who had an exact name match was the groom who lives 86 miles away, but his ID does not have our address as his residence. "Store policy." I said this is ridiculous to have him drive 86 miles one way to get a package. Plus I had no idea they would even give it to him since his address on his ID was different. I was told to return the following day to speak with a manager. I returned the following day and spoke with the assistant manager, Janelle, and was told the same thing. "Store policy." After pushing the issue and asking if she was really going to make the groom drive that far to pick up this package, she said if he called there and gave authorization for me to pick up the package she would give it to me. I contacted him, gave him the phone number and who to speak with. He immediately called. I could hear the phone ringing. She would not pick up the phone. She was helping another customer. I told the groom to keep calling back. After about the 6th time he called, I said to her, "That's him calling like you told me to have him do!" She said, "I'm helping a customer. I can't answer the phone. STORE POLICY." After she finished with that customer I butted in line and went back and stood by her register so she didn't start with another person. Finally after about the 8th or 10th time he called she finally picked up the phone. She asked him his name, what address it was shipped to and the name of the person he authorized to pick it up. I could have told any random guy this info and have him call if I wanted to steal a package. This was flippin' ridiculous. I though I was in the twilight zone. I will NEVER go to this store by choice. I may be forced to again if UPS doesn't leave a package at our address, but I will not ever choose to do business with this location. read more
