Monday 7/14/25 12:10pm I was just dropping off using the self service kiosk. the person who seemed like supervisor or manager got in a verbal altercation. It got very tense. One of them left the store flinging sarcastic "good luck Jxxxx". It seems like they kept working but it was uncomfortable and i just wanted to get out of there! The Blonde girl is rude and the mixed supervisor girl is disrespectful. I was there Tuesday and it was all chaos and see now I just can't deal that was my last straw . I have never had a problem at any UPS Store until today. There is one rude, unhelpful girl there who does not need to interact with people. I did not catch her name but it was 2pm when I was there. I will preface this by saying I have had several pleasant experiences at this location in the past. I went to have some important paperwork notarized, was told by the staff member at the counter that they had some employees call in and that they were far too busy to offer any notery service today this despite walking in and having zero customers in front of me. I found this to be quite unprofessional. Hopefully they have better luck with their employees in the future because as stated this was my first negative experience and I have enjoyed the service and convenience of this location in the past. read more

I agree with previous review from Steven P. Upon arrival Trish was pleasant to work with. After the communication error on not providing what I asked for and what was given to me it was very clear to see customer service isn't priority at this establishment. I asked for a call from Sandy the owner and I never received a call. However I called her and she knew exactly what the call was regarding and who I was. Seems as she would have reached out to me the customer since there was an issue. After several failed attempts in speaking with her in a civil manor as trying to resolve the issue I had to hang up. She is VERY rude you will not get to say ONE WORD she will be talking over you the entire time. Not professional AT ALL. Customer service is definitely not at the top of her business. With that being said it starts at the top. You are only as good as your weakest link. I will not be using UPS nor referring anyone to do business with them. UPS on Vann Dr will continue to loose business if it's not corrected. Customer service should ALWAYS be at the top and trying to correct the problem for sure. read more

Always busy and always good service and they work as fast as they can. The location on Vann Drive is horrible though. Too much congestion here and hard to get in and out. That makes it 4 stars. Wish they would move. read more

Our packages arrived a day late and we were not in the state to pick it up or return it. I called the store asking if I can send them the return label so they can send it back or it would have to sit there taking up space until I sent someone there in a few weeks to put a return label on the package. The only way they would do it is if I paid $5 to email them the already pre paid printed UPS label which I was going to do. they said its illegal for them to tamper with a package unless we are in the store to give them the label. the only way they would do it is if I paid the $5 for them to print it out and tape it on. Next time I'll have our tech drive further to a FedEx store. Very bad to nickel and dime your customers. read more

This store charges $6.99 to print an Amazon label which is higher than any other location anywhere. The plus of this store is that Skyler was extremely helpful! He carried in a heavy box for me as I am pregnant and wasn't able to carry the item. He was very friendly and helpful. read more

I left a 5 star review before, but amend it as ownership has indeed changed for the worse. I have been a customer with box 225 for years. I also pay $40 every month or two to forward my mail (overnight) when it's full. Noah (mailbox manager) has always done an exceptional job with managing my box and account. Today I ended a long relationship with this store. I called them because my last payment of $225 was in Feb 2018 for a 1 year rental, and they did not contact me before returning ALL my mail/packages to sender because my rental ended. I was told Noah walked out mid-shift and quit (in my opinion the best employee they had.) Spoke to Sandy, the new owner, who was very combative. I later called back when her accounting did not match my card statement. She did not address me like a long time customer, nor as a valuable one for that matter. After giving a complex explanation, she blamed me for discrepancies in her "new" and "old" system. She did not even apologize for returning all of my mail, and thought I was going to renew another year with her. I understand changing owners isn't always smooth, but they will lose many more customers If they do not adjust their current strategy to dealing with customers, including those like me who have patronized the franchise for a long time. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I am pleased with this UPS Store. I've had a box here for almost a year now and the team is much more helpful than the postal service. They drop ship, bill me, and email me whenever I receive a package or something requires my attention. Also, I can send my employees and customers in to pick up packages and take care of other business on my account's behalf. They are very friendly and get the job done well. read more

This used to be our go-to store for our printing needs and the price was always affordable and was the same every time we used it for our specific purposes. Over the last 2 years, our rates have climbed steadily so that now they are WAY more than I can find them elsewhere, so we will not be using them anymore. Also, when the ownership changed, no notices were sent out informing us of this change and whenever I went in there I was treated completely differently than I had been before. For example, they tried to make me pay for my order when I tried to explain we had a house account and that we were billed instead of paying at pick-up. The transition to new owners was not handled responsibly. read more

This place is great! I had to ship some personal belongings to CA. Ricardo was my service representative and packer. He offered me all the options available and clearly explained the differences. Ricardo also offered me a coupon to save 10% off my packaging. He was friendly and professional. The owner was great as well and provided me with suggestions on how to save money on shipping. This UPS store has FEDEX beat "hands down" when it come to customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them over FEDEX. read more
