This is the best full-service mail center in Memphis…read more I've been to the Mail Center at least five times and they have always found me a good shipping service at a fair price. They can send packages and mail via USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. It's convenient to enter the destination and be able to see the prices and choose your service all in one place. You don't even have to compare prices before you go. They have computers to print documents, stationary, envelops, and everything else that you need to send a letter or package. In my experience, they are about 30% than Fed-Ex for most of these items and the people working there know a lot more about shipping and how to prepare your items. They have a notary service, which was ten dollars for one document when I used it. They take passport photos and took the time to read the instructions and verify the photos with me. Highly recommended!

I noticed 3 people behind the counter. John was busily taping boxes, while the other two were doing some kind of paper work. No one bothered acknowledging the line that was now 5 deep. The self service kiosk was not working. Finally after about 15 mins, John, one of the employees barked out, 'WHO IS NEXT. He never apologized for the wait. About 5 mins later, the lady then repeated the order and said, 'NEXT'. Again, she never apologized for the wait. I asked if they were short handed and why the wait. I never got a response. They should really take a lesson from UPS on how to treat customers. Stay away from this place if possible. They care very little about their customers.
