I got an early morning notification (see attached) that my package was delivered at 8:45AM so I went to my mailbox. I did NOT find it there so I contacted your Customer Service who instructed me to check all the other places where they normally deliver the packages. We are a 500-unit apartment complex with 2 Buildings and 3 mail locations - which I searched for over two (2) hours back and forth. I asked the Lobby Security and Property Managers to look for the missing package. Finally, I believe the package was found on the mailbox of another resident at around 11:00AM. That's high praise in my book. We recently tried the location driving a little further out of our way and it was so worth it. I wanted to support this local business through print orders for my business, but caught on an…read moreinvoice that we were charged a 60% up charge on copies made totaling over $80 ontop of the copy order. When I reached out to them directly to clarify why we were charged this, I was told that it is their standard for same-day orders, which seems excessive when it is just opening an email file and clicking 'print'. I stated that if there was going to be a substantial up charge, he should've made that clear to see if I was willing to accept this fee or wait their 3-day timeline for an order before moving forward, and that sneaking it in on an invoice and charging my card for that fee was not acceptable. He said he would make an effort to communicate these fees better in the future and after several emails back and forth it was offered that the up-charge would be refunded. The credit has never been issued and when I followed-up, I am no longer being responded to. Beware of ridiculous charges and sneaked in fees and resolutions promised never to be provided.
