I got an early morning notification (see attached) that my package was delivered at 8:45AM so I went to my mailbox. I did NOT find it there so I contacted your Customer Service who instructed me to check all the other places where they normally deliver the packages. We are a 500-unit apartment complex with 2 Buildings and 3 mail locations - which I searched for over two (2) hours back and forth. I asked the Lobby Security and Property Managers to look for the missing package. Finally, I believe the package was found on the mailbox of another resident at around 11:00AM. I am writing to recommend your delivery people to get further training in handling packages with more care and precision that way this can be avoided from ever happening again. For your information.

That's high praise in my book. We recently tried the location driving a little further out of our way and it was so worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful and genuinely try to assist you however they can. They were quick and not a madhouse. Always listen to dad! Maybe their packaging services are great, but the mailbox service is a scam.
