Fantastic customer service! It was a breeze to send my package. I was surprised that there aren't other UPS stores in the area. This location was hidden and tucked away by a business park. I wasn't sure if I had the right building at first. read more

DO THEY COME ANY MORE HATEFUL?? This was my first time using this location and I won't be back! Unfortunate, as we are at UPS once a week on average and in this area often. I don't need hateful attitudes to start off my day! No willingness to offer assistance and find a solution. Me, "it came in that box"; the heavy set associate, "well it's not going back in that box!" I will stick to the UPS on Hwy 70 as they are always amazing and always ensure I don't have to make an extra trip!! read more

Customer Service Champions! The professionals here bring their A game no matter how large or small the job is. They are my go-to spot for copies, advertising, laminating, notary services and shipping. Customers are greeted with a warm welcome while their needs are quickly being processed. They even offer "copy cards" to purchase for your child's school teachers to help defer the cost for them. read more

I shipped two armbands for a big event in Orlando, Florida. I insured the two bands for $600.00 and shipped them 9 days ahead of time. I insured them for $600.00. The bands themselves were around $525. 9 days later the two bands have still not arrived. Had to repurchase as they will not refund the bands, and ultimately my son and his friend wanted to go and were ready and waiting to go. The armband to EDC Orlando was a Christmas present for him and I paid for it monthly for a year. Now I had to charge two more so that they could go. Luckily I had a charge card. I filed the claim and was told ups would investigate and get back to us. This was in Oct. last year. And still I am having to fight with them to get my money back. They don't even want to pay me for the $600.00 I insured them for. What's the point of insurance? And I had to prove what I paid for them. Anyone know a way to get help??? read more

Terrible service. Unprofessional.Lied about shipping rules. Tried to send me to another location that wasn't even open yet. Never had a problem with UPS service as a whole but these UPS stores in Hickory are a complete joke. Please go to the official drop centers and not these complete failures. This location and the store on 321 are unprofessional, inconsistent and just can't seem to understand UPS policy. Complaints will be filed. Please stay clear of them both. read more

Stopped in this UPS Store to return my AT&T U-Verse equipment. The associate working the counter was knowledgeable and did everything for me quickly. He printed me a receipt after entering all of the equipment in the computer system and I was only my way. It was quick and painless on my end. Great experience here. read more

The owner here is an Assho**! Rude, obnoxious, and short tempered! Very unprofessional and more interested in personal conversations with their buddies instead of helping their customers! I would highly recommend everyone go to the 321 store instead. Much more professional and a lot nicer plus they dress nice. The owner looked like a slob. Shirt 2 sizes to big, stains all over, sunglasses on his head, and smelled bad! Bad bad experience here! read more
