they would not give me a return to me label as it was against the store policy. They are worried someone would send a bomb back and they would be liable. what a crock of stuff. I was visibly frustrated by this and they refused to even have my business and refused to send my package. They said I was rude. I went to the UPS store on 12th street and they were very accommodating and helpful. They printed an return label and it would be delivered to the store and they would call me when it arrived. NO problem. The rimrock store is not very helpful. read more

To the owner of this UPS store and prospective customers. Buyer beware. I wouldnt normally post a negative review, but I think my situation warrants it.I was down on my luck and needed my key overnighted to me. A family member went to to this particular UPS store where my family member inquired about shipping a key to be overnighted. My family member was assured that our package would be delivered and paid over $90 to overnight a key. I didn't receive the key until 5 days later, yes 5 days. The first picture I included is the owner of this UPS store's response and my heart sunk at the computerized response. I needed that key to provide medication for a family member. I would hate to have any families suffer unwarranted excuses from a store owner who blamed my package not being delivered overnight due to Corona Virus, yes Corona Virus, not wild fires in Southern California. Not an earthquake, but the corona virus. Notice on the proceeding screen shots, that UPS has an overnight guarantee. You'll also notice no where on there do they refer to an overnight guarantee not being fulfilled due to the Corona Virus. The USPS has been working through the Corona Virus and there hasn't been an interruption in service, additionally UPS stores assumingly pride themselves in a paper style committment to green energy and fuel efficiency but you'll notice how my overnight package was rerouted to just under 10 states violating their commitment to green energy. I have included the closest USPS store for any potential customers convenience and Fed-Ex as well to save them from a computeriz3d r3sponse from the owner. Lastly, UPS website states that a yellow banner is included on their website when tracking a package if a hurricane, or natural disaster (maybe CV19), one was never on my tracking shipment. USPS: 241 N 4th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501 Fed-Ex: 240 W Park Dr, Grand Junction, CO 81505 Thank god for a locksmith, our elderly family member was able to get his meds in a timely fashion but not because of UPS or the UPS overnight service gusrantee. I hope I have earned someone's trust in leaving this review. I'm sure this isn't always the case, but excuses are excuses at the end of the day. Whats next, a change $hortage? read more

Professional, drop off always quick and easy. Helpful always staff. It's great to have plenty of parking.

Super super friendly. And fast too :) went in to return spectrum equipment, and the gal made sure to get me a receipt without even asking. She knows what she's doing! read more

This business has a hidden fee that they may or may not tell you about, but if they decide you owe it you have no control. I shipped a package from UPS Charlotte to this UPS in Grand Junction, this UPS in Grand Junction would not release my package to me without paying them a $10 fee. This fee is not mentioned anywhere and was not previously told to me when I requested information about shipping (I spoke to UPS GJ and UPS Charlotte to make sure they would ship) or when the cost of shipping was paid at UPS in Charlotte. Since this is a franchise store, they believe they do not have to operate as standard practice UPS and have decided to participate in aggressive business practices with hidden fees and with-holding property. Be very careful, the complaint process is VERY difficult to contact corporate offices about a franchise store. read more

This UPS store smells like farts and it seems like it's always busy. I literally had to leave because I couldn't wait in line while suffocating from the smell. Literally do not come here unless you want to throw up in your mouth read more

This UPS store is so great! I have been in lots of time to mail packages with quick and efficient service. There have also been a few times when I have needed a print job done in a hurry and they have been so good. One print job in particular was pretty labor intensive. I ordered my grandma's 80th birthday book from blurb.com but when the book came in the dust jacket was slightly off center. I took my file to the UPS Store and the woman there worked and tweaked the cover until it was perfect. I was so grateful. They really went above and beyond to help. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me because she really deserves a raise and employee of the YEAR award! Thank you so much! read more

Every time I go in here to ship something, they are polite efficient and quick to get me on my way. I can't stand the USPS - poor service and u reliable at best, UPS is the way to go. read more

We use the UPS Store for our mail, as we travel the country. UPS Store quality varies wildly. This store in GJ is great. They are usually busy and usually a line. The staff is always friendly and always helpful. Parking is decent, although lunch hour can be a chore, due to nearby restaurants. I'm glad they will be our regular store. read more

It is never too crowded when I go there. The store is clean and very well organized. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have always been able to get in and out in relatively short time. read more

Oh my goodness! I had two boxes shipped back to TN, and it cost $120.55 for normal ground UPS. I thought it was high and even said something to the lady who worked there. She just looked at me like it was not a big deal. I get home today and decided to check our UPS rates shipping the same 2 boxes back there. Our cost was $35.83!!!! Total Rip Off. read more

I use it for notary purposes. We moved here a few years ago but still use banks in our home town. I would definitely recommend them as a notary. We have shipped business documents and packages through them and never had a problem. read more
