I was only a week out from my own wedding overseas when I realized my passport was expired, when I…read morewas sure it was not. After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

My family moved from a 4-bedroom, 3200 square foot home in which most of our things went to…read morestorage, but a lot went to our rental home. Brown's Moving &Storage was very good about planning the logistics of that move. We have big furniture pieces and I am very satisfied with the way in which Brown's treated all of our things as if they were their own. They wrapped all of the pieces in blankets and cellophane and moved us with care and diligence. When an incident occurred that damaged the wall, Richard Brown covered the expenses of the repair immediately. We sold our house pretty quickly and, unfortunately, had to move in to a home until ours is built so we have to move twice. Fortunately, Brown's Moving and Storage is affordable and based on our experience, we'd use them again so the second move is all set and planned. My only recommendation is to request a walk-through prior to the move so that Richard Brown can assess how much stuff you have and how long the moving job will take.
