When I went to pick up, I got to meet Tim and that's always nice. I also got to meet their sweet greeter - a little pup and all she wanted was her belly rubbed. I could have stayed there all day. My 78 year old father accompanied me while I was trying to print some important medical documents. It was my first time visiting this location, and I was having difficulty with the printing process. When I politely asked Javier for assistance several times, he was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. At one point, he even laughed in my face. My father witnessed the entire interaction. After we left the store, my father told me that he had experienced the same type of disrespectful treatment from Javier in the past, which is why he stopped coming to this location altogether. It was disheartening to hear that this behavior appears to be a pattern rather than an isolated incident. In contrast, Tashara was exceptional. She was patient, courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. She treated us with respect and provided the level of customer service every customer deserves. Employees like Tashara are an asset to this location. I sincerely hope management addresses Javier's behavior because no customer, especially elderly customers seeking assistance with important medical documents, should be made to feel belittled or mocked. Tashara deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

We were running the Innovators Program in downtown Raleigh and needed some large business model…read morecanvases printed ASAP to give to our entrepreneurs to use over the weekend. I grabbed my laptop, walked down Wilmington and, luckily, came across Turner Printing. Stuart Turner, the owner, was at the front desk and I tried to explain to him what I was trying to print. At first he said the only material that they had for poster like products was high gloss photo paper that would cost $12 each (I needed 12 prints so it was going to be $144, yikes!). I was prepared to pay that price since we literally needed them done in the next 30 minutes, but once I showed him what I needed printed and explained what it was for he recommended that we have it printed on 20 lb paper instead, which only cost $3 per print. While I was waiting for the printing to get done (which took less than 10 minutes) Stuart told me all about his travels around the U.S. including Alaska, which is where I'm from. So we had a whole conversation about Alaska and what it was like when he was there in the early 80's. Not a bad way to spend 10 minutes while you are waiting for your last minute print job to get done. The prints came out great. It was only $36 to get everything printed (way cheaper that $144). I told Stuart that we will definitely keep using Turner Printing whenever we need anything printed for the Innovators Program!
