These guys are great! I arrived a little after 3 and saw they were closing early for Mother's Day. They let me in anyway! They helped me pack up a couple fragile items - really thorough and went above and beyond to stay late and help me. Thank you!! read more

The owner of this franchise is very rude. He always treat people with some sort rudeness. I went there with a bar code from Amazon and did not know I had to take a box with me he started talking to me all rude and called Amazon assholes. I told him why his calling Amazon assholes when they are supporting his business and he replied that he always call them assholes because he is the owner and he can. Foul language speaks a lot from this guy. He deserves have his business shot down for such a language and attitude. read more

(I've posted their review bellow) The amount of lies in this ladies comment just to boost the UPS STORE in her area is disgusting, I was in the store yesterday and they sure were not mopping as they looked busy taking care of their store. Their register was not closed as they were still finishing with customers, as for her and the other customer she did not have an ounce of rudeness in her she was bluntly explaining how they process them and told him he can contact Amazon if he had any other issues, as for your USPS the store is clearly named UPS and I've heard her tell you their store specifically did not participate in that as USPS is 3 doors down from theirs, YOU threatened to call the cops on her (for no reason, assuming it's cause of her race and how straight forward she is) SHE THEN told you she will call the police and you still refused to leave. I went to this store while running some errands in Farmington since it was on my way home and I needed to return a package. I walk in and there is a male clerk behind the desk. I try to say hello to him, but all I get is a cold response while he motions to the female cashier who is emerging from the back. He said something like "She will help you over there." Again, kind of a cold response, but I thought nothing of it. She asked what she could help me with and I simply responded that I needed to return something to Amazon. Well, the gentleman from earlier decides a scoff and a "Figures" is a proper response. Now, I do not know what has sparked his review, but I felt the little comments that came from him were not needed since he wasn't waiting on me. I visited this location yesterday at 6:20 PM and the register was closed and they were mopping the floors and would not process my shipment. I returned today and despite the fact that your website says you take USPS returns, your sales associate for lack of a better word, indicated she would not process a USPS return. While I was processing my other shipments, a customer walked in indicating that his return to Amazon had not yet been collected by UPS which he dropped off at this location 10 days ago. The same sales associate was abrupt and rude and told him to go call Amazon. After confirming on your website that you do in fact offer USPS services I first tried to call to inquire, yet the mailbox was full. I returned to ask, and was rudely told that store doesn't participate. Due to this mistreatment, I did not have confidence that the associate would actually process my shipments that I had paid for. I returned to the store to request my packages so that I could drop them off at an alternate UPS Store location. Before I entered the door the same sales associate was gesturing at me to turn around and leave which I did not. When I entered the store I was told she would be calling the police, which would've been no issue for me because I hadn't done anything wrong except try and purchase mail delivery services, and then request my packages be returned to me do my due to the lack of confidence in the store personnel. The Associate gestured at me multiple times and threatened to call the police for what reason I have no idea I am simply trying to reclaim my packages. I was told that they had already been shipped out and again threatened with a call to the police. If I could give you -100 stars that wouldn't be enough of a critical commentary. This is my third time at this location and it will be my last. As an aside the same sales associate has been present each time but thankfully I did not have The misfortune to have her assist me previously. However, I did observe her behavior on the other two occasions and noted both times she was quite rude and abrupt too other customers. Good luck. read more

I recently visited the store to purchase a box for some items that I planned on shipping. The rates were Extremely expensive so I just purchased the box and decided to find a cheaper method or shipping. As I was leaving the store the owner followed me out and watched me go into the post office. When I came out of the post office he was standing there and started yelling that I was never allowed in his store again. I'm not sure what I did as I paid for the box. They also charge for tape which is ridiculous to me. I would avoid the store at all cost! read more

Spencer was very helpful a couple of weeks ago with trying to secure a hold for my daughter's package when she was leaving out of town earlier than expected due to a hurricane down south. He contacted the LA facility as well as contacting her to say there would be a hold until she returned the following week. Terrific customer service! read more
