I want to give a shout out to the young woman who helped me send a few things to my daughter-in-law. What seemed like an ordinary task became grace under fire on her part. While this young lady was doing her due diligence to ensure my package would be packaged correctly, another woman came up and proceeded to "supervise" this young woman. This woman was condescending, rude and it made me feel uncomfortable. The young woman who was helping me remained polite, professional and kind. Here's a coaching opportunity for the woman who felt the need to be demeaning, would you want someone to treat your daughter like that? If you need to address issues with your employees, don't do it in front of your customers. It's not a good look and it's rude. read more

Not the most customer service-oriented location. I have been in here multiple times and been disappointed with the treatment I have received. From being asked to pay for 2 inches of tape to secure a box, to not being able to confirm availability of the notary. I would have thought in a small, quaint town as Fairhope that employees would be more friendly and accommodating - not so at this location. Very disappointing! But, I have learned that there are FREE notary services available at the Fairhope library, would highly recommend going there instead! read more

I showed up to get a document notarized at 5:40 pm. The Notary there told me snottily "I'm closed today." She told me she'd be there at 7 am tomorrow. Terrible customer service and no compassion for people who need to get a document notarized that would have taken her no more than 3 minutes. read more

This store seems to have a steady flow of customers, but I can usually get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We have used this store for notary services and shipping. We have received friendly and satisfactory service. I appreciate the drop-off table for prepackaged returns. read more

I originally had went to the post ffice to get a book of stamps. Upon my arrival they had a line to the door (probably 8-10 people in line) with only one person assisting everyone. I didn't have time to wait so I Googled where I could get stamps and decided to try the UPS store. I was able to find parking easily and was in and out in less than two minutes! The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I plan on coming here first for all my shipping / stamp needs from now on! read more

When I brought the boxes in to ship, I should have walked back out! The woman who was behind the counter was rude from the very start, (her name is on the receipt) I asked to tape a box that came apart at the bottom, she said she did, I looked at it and pointed to where it was coming apart and asked if it can it please be taped . They charge for the tape if they have to do that! We'll see if the box gets to the location with all the contents in. Further more I think she over charged!!!by adding to the dimensions!!!! This is not the first time I felt like crap in there, as if I shouldn't have stepped foot in there in the first place. So no worries here I WILL NOT! The UPS in Orange Beach is very very helpful, or I will go to USPS. read more

I waited 20 minutes at a computer waiting to print a document. When someone finally approached me to assist with the computer, I was told they needed the chair I was sitting in at the computer. They offered were very rude and offered no assistance. Outside of using the store as an access point for pick-up or drop off, I do not recommend going here. read more
