I am frustrated and irritated that I cannot print off labels through my account online. I had…read moreproblems when I tried to ship via ground since I don't have a scale to weigh my package which is generally an envelope. Today I came in with five 9x13 envelopes that were being shipped by ground to different locations. Given that this was for work, I had to request a receipt to submit to my employer. I always hate to ask, as the associate will have to type each individual recipient label. The worse, is when there is a line and I am the reason why there is a delay. Erika was the associate who assisted me. It took awhile as each label was for a business which requires more info to be typed. After she typed the info for the labels, the labels printed but stalled for the fifth label. The screen showed, "processing...". Long story short, she had to retype all the labels. Ugh!!! I had offered to go to the work station and type up the labels myself, but Erika said she didn't mind. She certainly went above and beyond the call of duty and was pleasant the whole time. I'm sure if I were her, I would have been sour and irritated. Good thing I am not in retail! I like that this location has convenient hours. It is open late and on weekends. Erika informed me that they also have pick up express on Saturdays.
