There were 3 workstations where you can access Microsoft Office, design software, the internet, etc. I was surprised that I needed to select a maximum amount when entering my credit card instead of the fees accumulating as the minutes passed. Came to pick up the order but at first no one could find it under my name although I am listed on the receipt as the person picking up. Finally found the order only to find that at the super high rate of $70 per poster the order was not correct. When I asked for a discount of some sort ... "As a courtesy, " explained the team member "I will allow you to wait in the store instead of having you come back. It will only take about 30 minutes." Not actually courteous though. She continued to express that if I had ordered in the store I could have gotten a discount since the order was incorrect but because I ordered online there was nothing to be done. Not a care in the world for my inconvenience. I couldn't get the posters fast enough from my normal provider and so went to the location that guaranteed fast service and was five minutes away from my office. A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.
