I first reviewed this business in 2016 and I've continued to come here since that time for reasons other than the extremely friendly customer service this location provides. Most of my visits here I admit is out of convenience since they do Amazon returns, this service has hopefully help sustain their business although I don't know what that revenue model looks like. My most recent visit was to complete a Amazon return - there were a number of customers ahead of me but this location is always staffed sufficiently so it's never more than a few minutes before you're standing at the counter to complete your transaction no matter what it is. I try to be prepared so my package is boxed and taped securely with all prior labels removed or blacked out and my QR Code provided by Amazon is ready to scan. Would recommend this UPS store for anyone who needs a mailbox so they can get packages. They send me an email whenever I get a package. It keeps package deliveries from being left at your door and then getting stolen. The staff is also very helpful. read more

The staff was very friendly, my emails and print report was done in a timely manner, and they were able to help me scan and email it right back to me and very quick timeframe given that I could not use my printer and had to sign a legal document and get it over the same day. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five stars is the fact that I thought that the Wi-Fi at my own home about 20 miles away was bad, there's was even worse. I had to actually leave and go to Walmart across the street to use their Wi-Fi while sitting in the shoe section which worked quite well. Their wire so I was so slow that The document I was trying to e-file kept timing out on every other page and I would have to start all over. I think that may be five minutes handling my business, but over 30 minutes trying to get through uploading a document to a website that I never have problems with anywhere else. In general we are HUGE UPS fans...several years ago when FedX employees went on strike UPS sent out a blurb to UPS account holders that our packages would continue to receive top priority...at a time when they could have jumped to get more of FedX's business, they took care of their own first! Super helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has any kind of printing needs! I don't generally have time to sit and do a review but this time it was more than warranted to do so. When my dad passed away (3 days after I found out I was pregnant and 19 months after my mom had passed) I bought a 16x20 photo matt that could be set up at his funeral and signed as a type of guest book. Well my stepmother had fallen in love with it and wanted to keep it at her house and I of course wanted it as well so I set out to find a place to make a copy of the matt. I knew it would be very difficult since I had tried to find a company to do the same thing for my mom's matt in Utah and was told they couldn't help me at no less than 15 different places including a UPS in Salt Lake City. After I thought I had exhausted all of my options including a blueprint printing company with more than enough equipment to do the job, I found myself at my last resort, Office Depot in Deland. They, like everyone else, told me they could not send something thicker than paper through their large copy machine and their flatbed scanner wasn't big enough. But then something awesome happened, the lady working that day told me their former print specialist now works at UPS. Once I arrived, the gentleman at the desk was very curious and professional and informed me Dylan was off that day but would be back tomorrow and he would keep my most valuable possession safe for him if I chose to leave it. The next day within minutes of Dylan arriving at work I received a phone call where he explained the technicalities of how he could make it happen involving taking a photo of the matt, printing the photo and custom cutting it so that it could be adhered to my blank matt making me an exact replica. It looks fantastic, I am super pleased with how it turned out, and it cost me about $10 for something that is priceless to me. This wasn't a walk in, wait 5 minutes and walk out project so for the price, the time put into it, and the eagerness to find a way to make this for me added to the smiling professional customer service, I have no doubt that Dylan could meet any printing need I might ever need!
