This is my absolute favorite UPS Store! Their Customer Service is exemplary! The Staff is always personable, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. If you bring a package to their store when it should have been taken to the USPS, you walk away feeling cared for, instead of feeling dumb for not realizing. I know that because it's happened to me before, and just this afternoon I witnessed the same thing happening to another customer, and they handled the situation such care and finesse, I was blessed by it, and had to do this review. The best UPS store! Very fast service and most importantly very honest! I went in for my normal shipping duties and I see a new fresh dry kind face with a smile through his eyes! Did my thing and left happy as usual! About an hour later, I received a call from the UPS store representatives at that location named Sean, the same nice gentleman that helped me in the store shipping my stuff and he proceeded to ask me if I'm missing a bracelet! Of course, I look down and sure enough my bracelet was gone had fallen off!! Oh, no !! I love this bracelet! He said he found it on the floor and called me with the number i used in my shipping! I love love love this location. I have been here probably twice a month since I moved here (I order and return a lot on Amazon) and I have never had to wait on line for more than 5 minutes and have never had a bad encountered with any worker. They greet you with genuine smiles and always go about and beyond to help. Today I was there and the worker took her time to show me how to locate my return items from Amazon on my phone. She was so sweet and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her the proper credit she deserves, but I'm sure I'll see her again and will make it a point to get it and give credit where credits deserved. If your like me and dread waiting on lines for ups the stop in here and you will be in and out guaranteed. - I went around 12:00 pm my normal times to go are 12:00 pm or 4:00pm and I always get the same great service. - they offer many different services there like printing , shipping, mailboxes and notary. There's a bunch of other stores in the area as well such as my favorite Chinese store, Publix, amazing lash, Bank of America, subway and a few others. Enjoy ! read more

I have been to this location many times with great experiences. Today I came with both my babies, I am medically not required to wear a mask, among a line of about 6 people Were only one person was doing the orders, a woman from her office shouted out to me to put my mask on in front of all these people. I told her, embarrassed, that I have a medical condition. She told me to wait outside with my double stroller with my 2 children until everyone is gone. Mind you it is 90 degrees out. Talk about terrible customer service! Seems like the whole company had a bad day. Simple shipping and other services just seem like a hassle! Looks like a family run small business with a grudge. Second time because of convenience but definitely my last. Walk in. No greeting let alone acknowledge that you are there. After a few minutes of being ignored in an almost empty store lady asks what I need. Then she passes me on the next person that ignores me for another 5 minutes before the next guy. I just shipped 2 boxes to 2 different addresses which had a unique situation and Jay was patient and understanding with the importance of documenting my shipment. AWFUL!! Just AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE... Uncaring attitude. The lady in there could not be more anti customer with a MASSIVE ATTITUDE ! it seems like she doesn't care about the products customers and is being forced to work there. I went to this ups with my girl and came in to print something. The website I tried to use was down, so I wasn't going to be able to print anything. I had used the computer for about 15 minutes. When I got up, Josh (an employee) asked if I had printed and when I said no, he immediately asked to help if I had trouble. I told him the issue wasn't anything he could help with and apologized for the inconvenience. For my time using the computer, I was supposed to pay a fee but the manager was kind enough to wave it for us.
