No matter what you do, you cannot speak to someone at this UPS Store over the phone. Every time you call, it automatically routes you to the general UPS customer service line, and they're never able to help with location-specific questions like package holds, drop-offs, etc. general customer service is not helpful and It's beyond frustrating when all you need is a quick answer from the store itself. I've learned to only work with UPS Stores that actually answer their phones at the location. those stores are always seem to be more helpful and efficient. If you're trying to speak with someone directly here, don't waste your time. Giving 3 stars since this location may be great in person but I have no clue since they don't answer the phones so I can't use their services. read more

i was in Cookville to see my son and needed notary services. I was told about the UPS Store. I was very pleased that it was nearby. The employees were all busy when I walked in, they greeted me right away and Tyer ask me if he could help me. He was so polite and courteous from start to finish which was refreshening with so many stores who do not practice good customer service. We recently moved to Cookeville and needed a mailbox for our corporation. Our experience with the UPS Store on Willow Ave. has been excellent from day one. Very friendly staff, busy store with lots of services. The fees are reasonable and they offer discounts to customers that have a mailbox. Locally owned store and you can tell they are passionate about their business. read more

Although the price of shipping is getting crazy, this UPS Store is excellent. It's amazing how efficient and effective they are here, all the while being very cordial, friendly and helpful. I've purchased boxes here, shipped many items and used their notary services and all went very well. If you walk in and it happens to be crowded, just blink a few times and you'll wonder how they managed to service everyone so fast. I stop in the UPS store frequently to return Amazon items and a couple of times for notary services. I actually love stopping in here to see the smiling faces and nice staff. Even with masks on you can see the smiles in their eyes. Never too busy to be nice and courteous. Don't go to Kohl's and walk to the back of the store so you'll buy something along the way. I don't have anything bad to say abt the UPS store they've always been nice and helpful it's the UPS drivers that need to be replaced or take a course in treating peoples packages with some respect. This been going on a while, my girlfriend and I was in the back bedroom not twenty minutes ago and heard a thump, just to get a picture in your head, the house is big its four thousand or more square feet n to hear what we did we thought one of the cats had knocked something over, but they were asleep, so my girlfriend checked the front door after I told her I bet it's my package I'm expecting saying the driver must've thrower it, just messing with her because of all the packages they've messed up, and sure enough he had thrown my package and I don't know if it hit the door or just landed on the porch, but anyone that's got an common sense knows you don't throw things like thst especially other people's stuff. Apparently the drivers here were raised not to give a crop about other people's stuff and thar its ok to be rude to people because that's what pme of the last drivers did after he thrower down our packages and messed up a tiffany lamp shade then said he was coming back to take back to Amazon, which isn't where we got it, it was my stuff that came from amazon not the lamp shade it came from collector and that was one of the four out of the five we had shipped to us that were purchased from private collectors, so these aint the usual everyday lamp shades and they have not one time done what they tell people they'll do and fix it, they just tell you to file a claim and then that's it they pretty much don't care and to lazy to do anything anyways. I'm not even going to talk about th one that backed into my truck that was parked facing the road, he's the only one that was nice and fixed it, no thanks to UPS because that was between him n myself and he's the only one if I had a choice to even look at our packages and deliver them. Regular post office not looking to good either. They keep loosing our packages and they sure won't do what they say, because the all hands on deck bs they tell you, should really, we don't give a shit, don't make us do to much at once or ask us to many questions and have to actually earn our pay, we just want to be paid fir showing up and let the customer do everything that we are suppose to do. Don't think this review will do any giod either, just look at who's in office, if our leader can't even read a speech right or pretty much do anything right, why expect a postal workers to do or even know what the f*** is going on. Guess they need to be treated like they do others, but they're probly nit bright enough to even notice. Thanks that's all. read more
