Imagine my surprise when we are doing laundry and the entire washing drum breaks off and breaks apart. When I called, they said I had no warranty, even though when I bought them, I was told that we would. Now they want me to pay a service charge just to look at it, and then pay parts and labor on something they sold, that was obviously faulty, if it broke after 13 months of use. This place will sell you lemons, and then make you pay for it. You are most definitely better off going up the street to their competitors. I'll do my duty as a consumer to come back and inform others to take their money elsewhere.
