The store itself is easy to miss and is cluttered on the inside with an assortment of Eastern European wares, papers, boxes, and items to purchase. You don't quite know where to look, but once you find the place, you'll never forget, and Roman will take good care of you. I would like to thank Grace for helping me out not only once, but twice with issues I had first with Fed Ex in Independence that gave me a hard time with a package and Grace at UPS was more than helpful. The package arrived sooner than expected and she took care in getting the package ready for shipping. I will never go to Fed Ex again. The 2nd time I had an issue with AT&T store in Independence with returning a Direct TV box. I went to the UPS store and once again Grace helped me out. She knew more about it than the AT&T store. (I hate AT&T service) She is one of the most friendly people that knew her job and thought of the customers first. She was on her winter break from college and will not be at the store most likely until the next break. She could operate and manage the store better than most. The UPS Store in Brecksville Ohio..MOST EXCELLENT! Spent most of previous day trying to get documents Notarized. Disabled...can barely stand/walk. 73 years old. Had no luck at the other locations I visited! Needed document done IMMEDIATELY! Enough about me. My good fortune was to have "Anne Marie" take care of me. Helped me in door....and although it was quite busy she agreed to take on my time consuming and detail oriented task.SHE GUIDED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!! Dealing with a young lady who was so kind and understanding was a true pleasure. Left the store happy and finally content. I have visted the UPS Store in Brecksville many times and always leave wondering why they are so rude and mean and down right angry. Then I met the owner, he needs to be evaluated by a Mental Health professional, obvious bipolar behavior and unbelivebale customer service, no service. I asked for copies and he told me to come back in an hour and go and have a coffee somewhere. What a moron and very poor representative for the UPS Store franchise. They now have a brand new home down the street, new management, and employees. I wasn't at all impressed with my experience. I even drove to another location later in the day to do a shipment. SERVICES/INVENTORY: The store offers printing, shipping, and mailing services. The checkout is organized into Shipping and Printing for easier checkout. There is a retail section at the store with books (most 40% off), planners, shipping supplies, greeting cards, and miscellaneous. I purchased packing tape, packing peanuts (x2), and packing bubbles spending $20 something. Inventory wasn't well replenished. I had to ask for more packing peanuts since they weren't on the shelves. I really wanted bigger bubbles but they weren't available. Only one package was on the sales floor. The peanuts did not even fill one medium box. I wish that there was a bigger package. Overall, I wasn't happy with the inventory. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service was painfully slow. I considered leaving because stopping for a few packaging supplies shouldn't take this long. The payment system went down multiple times. I had to be transferred to two checkouts both of which were problematic. There were no bags to carry out my merchandise. Employees were explaining the shopping tiers to customers very well. The number of days and pricing per each. The conversations were very value-oriented and helpful to customers. I needed to mail a package after packaging. I went out of my way to Beachwood. I did not want to experience long waits and payment system failures. While a convenient location, I won't return in the future just because my time is valuable.
