Aaron, Chris, and Tyler, are the best! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help out the customer, no matter how busy the center might be. I typically go in on Saturdays, with tons of Amazon returns. due to their smaller staff, they typically have one 1 to 2 people working most days, which is crazy to me considering how productive they are. I've seen people with 30+ Amazon returns at once, people trying to ship illegal items, and people acting belligerent to rules and standards they purposely ignore. With all the false accusations the staff has to endure, I still only see them happy and helpful on all days. Regardless of the misinformed comments you see, this place doesn't feel like a franchised corporate store, it feels like a staple of business in Bedford, NH. Please use this store!!!!! read more

We've had a box with them for years - before the current owner purchased the Postal Center and renovated. It was a little rocky during the transition, but the new staff and team have really found their groove. Absolutely love their willingness to go above and beyond. This place price gouges. Be careful. The owner is arrogant and is taking advantage of the virus situation to charge exorbitant prices. I am a big UPS Store customer and never seen such prices and attitude. Stay away from this location. They charged me $60 to notarize 3 short (2 pages each) documents. I could have gotten it done for free at the town office but the virus has them closed down (as he surely knows he is the only game in town). So it took 10 minutes for the 6 signatures and only one book entry. So that is $360 per hour for notary services. This is more than my lawyer charged to draw up the papers that were notarized. Be sure that if he is gouging in these times for notary service he is doing it for all his services. At a time when many companies are cutting breaks for people stressed by the virus there are others that are going the other way. read more

I have only visited this store on two occasions having recently moved to the area, but both experiences have been enough to prompt me to write a review. So often we feel compelled to speak out when we have had a bad experience, this, however, is the polar opposite. On both of my visits I have been served by Aaron, whose level of customer service and friendly disposition is way above anything I normally encounter on a daily basis, he is a credit to that operation and the epitome of outstanding company representation (UPS you need to make sure you look after this guy). I have been a long time customer at this location. The staff is amazing! Folks like Jamie, Aaron, Mike, Cheryl & Nancy make the difference. Their services are great and the team is always helpful to me. I visit them regularly to pick up my mail and packages. I depend on the UPS Store for so much and I am very thankful to have them nearby my home! I would highly reccomend you stop by this location and take advantage of all they have to offer. So I finally got a response back from the owner that filled with errors. 1 month after my shipping i went back to the store to explain a request was sent to the recipient asking the contents of the package. The recipient who is my lawyer in Europe didn't know and told them that and they marked it Delivery refused. He never refused it. I then went back and forth with UPS via chats (I have them all) and I got was bad info and generic responses. I was then working with Scott who tried hard to help and several days later he left me a message saying no one at corporate seemed to know what they were doing and the phone numbers they gave him to call were no good. When the package got delivered to my house..not the store like it should have been that is when I called the store and they said I should get a refund and they would tell the owner and call me back. I never heard a thing until about 2 months later when the owner tried to weasel out of the refund. There's no excuse for this. Completely unprofessional. read more

When I enter the UPS store in Bedford I am always warmly greeted and effectively assisted. The team is professional, friendly, engaging and meets my shipping / mailing / receiving needs very well. I actually look forward to my visits to the store! I'm treated as both a friend and a customer. A real pleasure - and unusual - relative to some of my other vendor experiences.
