I mainly use the UPS Store to bring back Amazon returns, but I have shipped items from them as well. This one is so convenient, I plan on using the UPS Store more often! My first visit was great, I had to bring back an Amazon return, I spoke to the attendant and had a great conversation, it's nice when the people who run the store are nice- as was the case here. I will definitely be back for all my shipping needs. read more

On 6/14 I had so many pictures to print (I have no printer of my own). I was assisted by both Serali and Leslie. They were fantastic! Very personable, VERY knowledgeable and their great attitudes made my experience very enjoyable. If these ladies are at the UPS store, I highly recommend them to assist for all your shipping and printing needs! read more

Great service always at this location, shipping and notary services. The personnel at this location are very professional.

JOSE ALVAREZ definitely deserves to be recognized.. I always come in and there's not a time that he is there that he doesn't greet all the customers with a smile. It's always a no wait zone when he is there even is he's serving the customers alone. He displays a customer service realm every time... Thank you and UPS for AWESOME services. I would recommend this spot to EVERYONE based on customer services. read more

Great experience. When I walked in there were a couple of people ahead of me but then a few more came forming a pretty big line. There was only 1 lady working at the store, but she was extremely efficient. One customer was taking too long with one transaction, so the store rep alternated between the cash registers to expedite the line. Great job! read more

Absolute worst Saturday morning and one person. Also, their answer is always NO versus, how can I help you make it better

With my business I ship fragile items weekly using this UPS location. Due to their careful packaging, delivery items have arrived in one piece and on time making for happy customers. The staff is friendly and well trained. With the service I'm received I have no plans to try another location. read more

Best place in town to return Amazon purchases! They are great at getting Amazon returns done quickly and back out the door! No complaints.

WARNING; my review May contain some grammatical errors and words that just don't make sense please be aware that I'm using voice to text I have not been day drinking and I swear to you I do know how to spell but this voice to text provides me the capability to provide the most in-depth review unfortunately it also makes it appear that I don't know how to spell and that my beagle has better grammatical skills than I Do. Nonetheless here is my review I want to make sure that I give you a honest review of my personal experience at this business stay safe and don't forget To support Small businesses. now here we go to my review We have been customers at this location for over five years we have seen management and ownership change during that duration so if you have been previously scarred I ask that you revisit this location once again perhaps they were having an off day or perhaps they were having a really rough time I'm not exactly sure but I do know that my personal experience with this location and the current owners have been wonderful. I go here pretty often .. OK I lied I send my husband here because I'm too lazy to go but before I send my husband over here The owners and staff have been wonderful and make sure that my husband doesn't forget any packages etc. and they also provide wonderful conversation and therapy services especially when I find out all the CRAP that my husband ordered on eBay! For example why the hell did he order that Louis Vuitton knock off facemask? The owners and staff are great are they grumpy and crotchety at times yeah I'm sure they are but then again we're human too and I'm sure if your husband bought you a knock off Louis Vuitton facemask you would be grumpy too OK guys I hope you enjoyed my corny humor and in a nutshell I love this location I get what I need and have been coming here for five years so that has got had to tell you something I previously moved from another UPS location to this one because the service at the location was horrendous read more

Lots of negative reviews on this location but I've been in the area for going on 3 years and I ship a lot of things from this store. I've never had any issues. Even when the line is long the employees move quick. Works for me! read more

This UPS Store needs a NEW owner that places good, friendly, willing to help staff on the job, and not some smart-ass punk that only wants to sell you a box or service and not do any work. They are now accepting Amazon drop-off returns at UPS. Well this punk said" I don't work for Amazon" and left me at the counter trying to drop off my returns. Luckily the girl that was there came over and helped with the return. If this owner does not want to take Amazon returns, tell Amazon to take you off the list of drop-off locations. Maybe this punk will be correct in his statement real soon. I do not recommend this UPS location for anything period. It has always been a pain in the butt stinky place to try and ship something. Maybe Momma should re-educate this punk on how to take care of customers. The girl helped a lot. Thank you! read more

The customer service I received today from the male clerk in the building was just not right. He told me I could tape my Amazon package at the table and I was confused due to Amazon stating that packaging returns is not required. I could tell he was getting upset so I asked questions to attempt to appease him and make the conversation lighten up. He then placed a sticker on my package and threw it across the room. Then rudely stated is that it? I could tell he didn't want to help me Also I've visited the story several times when it has smelled just plan horrible, but today it Didn't smell as bad. read more

Jerry was very helpful. thank you so much. He helped me cancel a return and redo it so that way I wouldn't have to print out a label.

Great service! We will definitely continue to come here. The staff was very friendly and we got our order right away!

Great staff Easy to work with! The place is clean east to get in and out and always make sure it makes it to its destination.

I would give this store a ZERO if possible. Do not visit this location as they steal packages. Had this happen twice. First time they stole 3 pairs of converse that my husband was shipping to my MIL. Called UPS and there was no record of the box leaving the store. Last time, we were lucky because AMAZON refunded my money although they never received the package. Spoke with a worker at another location and was advised that they hear horror stories about THIS store all the time. read more

Anime girl in the front knows how to work fast! Got my package in for my Amazon return super fast and she was very energetic and friendly. Very glad to see her and other tall woman coworker here handling my packages. They had a QR code inside for this review but I'm already in my car headed to my next destination and wanted to give her props. read more

I went in on Monday and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. I cannot recall the lady's name that helped me but she was very friendly and helped wrap and package some cooking ingredients. It wasn't like a typical transaction where the person helping has a scowl on their face and seems mad that they have a job and have to help. I'll definitely be back! UPS Store- if you're reading this, treat everyone as great as you treated me and everyone will be happy (maybe)... Update 12/29- just went back to mail a package and my experience was just as pleasant as the last. The lady that helped me was named Pam and she is so nice every time I come in! read more

Raj was personable and friendly and funny. Started my day on a positive note.

I love coming to the store fast service a reasonable price staff is very friendly and my packages are handled properly

When I dropped off my mother's commemorative clock, the clerk, Hiral Panchal was surly and rude. The clock arrived several damaged. UPS Store 5514 did eventually mail a check on 12/24/19, THREE WEEKS AFTER receiving same sent to Hiral Panchal on 12/2/19, SIX WEEKS AFTER the shipping transaction on 11/5/19, and after stating numerous untruths, repeated conflicting information, and deliberate delays which are DOCUMENTED IN WRITING AND IN ORAL COMMUNICATION to a UPS Claims Representative, a family member, and to me. What is most telling about this UPS franchisee is that the damage to the clock could not be explained or justified in any way by my local UPS store after they examined the damaged clock and the completely UNdamaged shipping box and materials. All communication and shipping materials have been saved and cataloged for future "consideration." I have NEVER experienced worse customer at any UPS or other shipping firm or firm of any kind than I did at UPS Store 5514, 1631 Rock Springs Rd, Apopka FL 32712. Rajen Panchal is the listed UPS Franchisee on this UPS store's business card. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager. She needs a course in customer service for Dummies. Unbelievable!!!

Holy cow. Took me 30 minutes to mail 2 packages. Way too slow, don't be in hurry if you plan on stopping here. UPS- you really need to revisit your shipping process. Believe it or not I could have been in and out of the post office in half the time as even the USPS has moved ahead in shipping efficiency. Staff was friendly and receptive but Sorry, won't come here again not enough time... read more

The lady who runs this place has no business in a customer service aspect whatsoever. Very abrasive person. I think UPS should be aware of this negative representation they have. Will never go here again just will go to hunt club branch. She should watch a recording of herself to see how she comes across. read more

Horrible Experience shipping shit for ebay the store smelt like stinky ass shit and the package insurance was shit and pointless im not paying for shit to be shipped back and have it evaluated when a buyer says the junk shipped out is trashed from shipping so fuck you ups i will go to the normal post office next time. read more

The store, Pam, said UPS canceled my shipment because they said that the box contained items that were prohibited. I talked to UPS and they stated the STORE cancelled the shipment, because The receiver states the product was not ordered and has refused the delivery. / The package will be returned to the sender. The receiver was never contacted. The STORE cancelled delivery because this employee was angry because I didn't want her opening the cigar box which did not contain tobacco. As I told her, "it's just a box". I would have not written anything if they had just done their job. It's also interesting that whenever there is a bad review of this business, another compliment for same business is immediately filed... Hmmmmm... By the way, Staples is a good alternative for the future. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Nobody knows anything. If you need something done, they will do the opposite. I'll use fed ex from now on. read more

Well...it seems this place is going down hill. I'm not sure what's going on but, the owner needs to staff this place accordingly. I've gone in the afternoon a couple times recently and it's always so busy. While the lady working is typically nice, you can tell she's frustrated and trying to do a million and one things at once. I haven't seen the guy that used to be there in about a month now, he seemed to be efficient and know more of what was needed and going on. I hope this isn't how this store is going to continue or I will find a different ups store to go to. read more

This was my first experience walking into a UPS store. It is set up as an office of sorts with computer access, fax machines, copiers, etc. kind of like any office store. There are lots of packing and wrapping materials neatly organized. What ruined it for me were the loafing employees. One was having a loud personal phone conversation on the company line and the other, who "helped" me didn't say any more to me than he absolutely HAD to. I had a return for Amazon.com, which I've never done before. He saw me and barked, "What's your name?" which threw me a little. I guess they input your name into the computer to make the return. Either way a smile or "Hello" would have been nice. read more

This is the second time I used this location to drop UPS shipments and I received the same results. The service person in the store was very nasty to me even swearing at one point just because I said I wanted to drop box off and didn't need a receipt. I work for a major company and I'm on the road a lot using other UPS stores for over 20 years and this UPS store ,I'll never use again. read more

Never I will leave a comment. This is the first time in my life. And im a very patient person. This lady who said she is the manager, is very rude. Does not know how to deal with her customers. We went to this store and ask the process of how to return a box to amazon and its out first time to return it, she yelled at us! Im with my infant and 2 y.o. Son and no assistance ever offered. She even yelled at us. Dont waste your time even going to this place. The person/manager is not happy to have customers! We went to other UPs store nearby. read more

What's so special about this UPS store? The people who work there! I've had a business mailbox there going on 5 years now. The same key people work there everyday and are more like my team members than employees. I so appreciate their dedication to making this the best UPS store ever! read more

If i could give 0 stars i would! Be wary of using this location. The manager is the rudest person ever. Package ended up never making it to the destination and was never found. She made a strange comment about packages going missing which i found very odd. read more

woman working there is just plain rude. would rather wait to see a (friendly) UPS driver and give my packages to him than go back there.

I had such a great experience at this store yesterday, I had so say something about it. I needed to print a document and fax it. I accidentally emailed the wrong file so the lady working let me use her computer to type it out and she even entertained my sons while I did it. They are 3 and 1 and very active. She gave them stickers and they were so happy, for what could have been a stressful experience it turned out to be very pleasant. I'm going to say 5 out of 5 for customer service without a doubt. I'll come here for all my office needs. read more

I just talked to a lady who was condescending and rude and then hung up on me when I realized I called the wrong store. Instead of helping me, she decided to talk to me like a child. Worst customer service. read more

This is the only UPS Store that I will go to. The women working there in the afternoon is super helpful and always accommodating to my shipping needs. She has a great attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She's very quick and efficient as well. She handles multiple customers at once and is very knowledgeable about shipping prices times and always provides great customer service. I drive 20 min to this store when I have 1 right by my house and only go the times when she's working. She even stayed late several times to help me get out large shipments for my boss. She is awesome! read more
