Great experience. When I walked in there were a couple of people ahead of me but then a few more came forming a pretty big line. There was only 1 lady working at the store, but she was extremely efficient. One customer was taking too long with one transaction, so the store rep alternated between the cash registers to expedite the line. Great job! read more

I go here pretty often .. OK I lied I send my husband here because I'm too lazy to go but before I send my husband over here The owners and staff have been wonderful and make sure that my husband doesn't forget any packages etc. and they also provide wonderful conversation and therapy services especially when I find out all the CRAP that my husband ordered on eBay! For example why the hell did he order that Louis Vuitton knock off facemask? This UPS Store needs a NEW owner that places good, friendly, willing to help staff on the job, and not some smart-ass punk that only wants to sell you a box or service and not do any work. They are now accepting Amazon drop-off returns at UPS. Well this punk said" I don't work for Amazon" and left me at the counter trying to drop off my returns. Luckily the girl that was there came over and helped with the return. If this owner does not want to take Amazon returns, tell Amazon to take you off the list of drop-off locations. Maybe this punk will be correct in his statement real soon. I do not recommend this UPS location for anything period. It has always been a pain in the butt stinky place to try and ship something. The customer service I received today from the male clerk in the building was just not right. He told me I could tape my Amazon package at the table and I was confused due to Amazon stating that packaging returns is not required. I could tell he was getting upset so I asked questions to attempt to appease him and make the conversation lighten up. He then placed a sticker on my package and threw it across the room. Then rudely stated is that it? I could tell he didn't want to help me Also I've visited the story several times when it has smelled just plan horrible, but today it Didn't smell as bad. read more

I went in on Monday and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. I cannot recall the lady's name that helped me but she was very friendly and helped wrap and package some cooking ingredients. It wasn't like a typical transaction where the person helping has a scowl on their face and seems mad that they have a job and have to help. I'll definitely be back! When I dropped off my mother's commemorative clock, the clerk, Hiral Panchal was surly and rude. The clock arrived several damaged. UPS Store 5514 did eventually mail a check on 12/24/19, THREE WEEKS AFTER receiving same sent to Hiral Panchal on 12/2/19, SIX WEEKS AFTER the shipping transaction on 11/5/19, and after stating numerous untruths, repeated conflicting information, and deliberate delays which are DOCUMENTED IN WRITING AND IN ORAL COMMUNICATION to a UPS Claims Representative, a family member, and to me. What is most telling about this UPS franchisee is that the damage to the clock could not be explained or justified in any way by my local UPS store after they examined the damaged clock and the completely UNdamaged shipping box and materials. All communication and shipping materials have been saved and cataloged for future "consideration." I have NEVER experienced worse customer at any UPS or other shipping firm or firm of any kind than I did at UPS Store 5514, 1631 Rock Springs Rd, Apopka FL 32712. The store, Pam, said UPS canceled my shipment because they said that the box contained items that were prohibited. I talked to UPS and they stated the STORE cancelled the shipment, because The receiver states the product was not ordered and has refused the delivery. / The package will be returned to the sender. The receiver was never contacted. The STORE cancelled delivery because this employee was angry because I didn't want her opening the cigar box which did not contain tobacco. As I told her, "it's just a box". I would have not written anything if they had just done their job. It's also interesting that whenever there is a bad review of this business, another compliment for same business is immediately filed... Hmmmmm... Well...it seems this place is going down hill. I'm not sure what's going on but, the owner needs to staff this place accordingly. I've gone in the afternoon a couple times recently and it's always so busy. While the lady working is typically nice, you can tell she's frustrated and trying to do a million and one things at once. I haven't seen the guy that used to be there in about a month now, he seemed to be efficient and know more of what was needed and going on. This was my first experience walking into a UPS store. It is set up as an office of sorts with computer access, fax machines, copiers, etc. kind of like any office store. There are lots of packing and wrapping materials neatly organized. What ruined it for me were the loafing employees. One was having a loud personal phone conversation on the company line and the other, who "helped" me didn't say any more to me than he absolutely HAD to. I had a return for Amazon.com, which I've never done before. He saw me and barked, "What's your name?" which threw me a little. I guess they input your name into the computer to make the return. Either way a smile or "Hello" would have been nice. read more

I had such a great experience at this store yesterday, I had so say something about it. I needed to print a document and fax it. I accidentally emailed the wrong file so the lady working let me use her computer to type it out and she even entertained my sons while I did it. They are 3 and 1 and very active. She gave them stickers and they were so happy, for what could have been a stressful experience it turned out to be very pleasant. I'm going to say 5 out of 5 for customer service without a doubt. This is the only UPS Store that I will go to. The women working there in the afternoon is super helpful and always accommodating to my shipping needs. She has a great attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She's very quick and efficient as well. She handles multiple customers at once and is very knowledgeable about shipping prices times and always provides great customer service. I drive 20 min to this store when I have 1 right by my house and only go the times when she's working. She even stayed late several times to help me get out large shipments for my boss.
