5s for a business meeting art & printing needs with top rate tools, machinery and service…read more My husband creates digital art & in his researching for a printing place, this place came highly recommended. RT is located on Fern Creek, not easily missed. It is a beautiful, two-story building with columns in the front and a wrap around porch. It has a parking space on the side of building and some in the back. The inside is wonderfully & brightly lit, open and spotless clean. No clutter or disarray. Machines and work spaces are huge. RT uses the finest materials & Epson machinery to create from cards, note cards to canvases of all kinds, finishes in matte, satin or gloss. The service is spectacular. Phil, is the gentleman my husband has been dealing with. He is extremely knowledgeable and just as important, patient in explaining/educating people like my husband who love & create art but do not know much about how to get it from his head to a complete product. Trish, this morning, gave us a welcoming smile as we entered. She explained the process from my husband emailing the digital art, the printing and shipping if needed. The prices, to is, seemed very reasonable. We hand them a digital file and they hand us a beautiful canvas, wrapped and ready to hang. Can't wait to see the finished product.

One of the best customer service experiences I have probably ever had…read more I needed some stickers made for a frozen food product. The first time I called they answered the phone in less than 2 rings and I had a quote in less than a minute. After that, Nick and myself exchanged a total of 62 emails trying to figure out the perfect way to print these stickers. I needed something that wouldn't bleed and that would still stick if there was any condensation. He even mailed me some samples because I was too busy to go up there to get them. I finally settled on something and sent my file to them for printing. There were some issues with the file I sent so then me and Joey exchanged about 45 emails trying to get it right. He was really patient with me considering I have absolutely no idea about files and layers and embedded objects and whatnot. I knew at the very beginning of all of this that there was going to be a two week turnaround. By the time we straightened everything out, the end of that two weeks was about 24 hours before my business launch. I explained this to them and they assured me they would do everything they could to have them ready in time. They were ready at the end of day on a Friday and I couldn't make it down there to pick them up so Joey left them outside for me (safely packaged) to pick up. The stickers came out perfect! They looked and did exactly what they were suppose to. I will definitely be going back here for all my printing needs.

From the very first general email I submitted I had a response in less than 2 business days (I am still pending a response from other print shops and it's been over 3 months). As a novice when it comes to screen printing, all my questions were answered professionally and respectfully. This was the easiest part of the wedding planning so far and I will be back for any and all printing needs. I was a little nervous about not being able to order a 'sample' or 'proof' before placing my order but my fears were unnecessary. Needless to say the final product exceed all my expectations and was breathtaking. Highly, HIGIHLY recommend. Especially for any brides who need help with their wedding invites - ask for Brooks!
