All of that went away with just one phone call with Becca. Within a few months, we broke down the budget, booked a venue, and interviewed photographers/videographers. Becca handled all the calls, scheduling, and negotiating. It was absolutely wonderful! She just kept things moving that I never felt stressed during the planning the process. People kept telling me to make sure I don't forget the little things. I never really worried about missing anything, however, because Becca would send me checklists to keep me on top of everything. My (now) husband and I eventually put full trust in Becca's recommendations, specifically for the videographer, desserts, and photo booth. We were so glad we did! We wanted all our family present at the ceremony and therefore we had no one else we would trust to take this on... we therefore decided we needed a day of coordinator. Hiring Ms. Day-Of was the BEST decision! Maury went above and beyond. She was very communicative and flexible with calls and meetings and she worked with me in the months leading up to my wedding day planning the timeline and contacting my vendors. When it came to the day of, she took care of everything! Not only did she set up all the tables and decorations, as I had envisioned it, but also coordinated with all our vendors, kept us on schedule, helped guide and facilitate getting guests from the cocktail hour to the dinner and helped clean up and make sure all of our gifts and personal items were safe and put away for when we were ready to leave that night. She was very professional and she made a great impression with our guests. We actually received great feedback from family, guests, and other vendors, who interacted with her, on what an amazing job she was doing.  We can't thank her enough for doing such an amazing job in relieving that stress and allowing us to enjoy our beautiful wedding to the fullest!

I couldn't ask for anything more. We started the planning about a year before the wedding. Linda set up several meetings and made sure we were meeting our planning goals on time. She was great with working with our budget. She has great resources and advice on what to splurge on and what to cut out... and she was exactly right. Linda was awesome to work with, always helpful and calm, even with my bride freak-outs. I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner at first because of our wedding budget, but looking back, I honestly think we would have ended up spending more without Linda. She had so many resources that I would never have known about. Several of our vendors even gave us a discount because they were dealing with a professional and have done business with her before. The most calm I was during the whole wedding process was on my actual wedding day and that was because I knew everything was being taken care of by Linda. She has great advice based on her experience and helped me with issues like the day of timeline and wrangling all of my vendors. She ran my rehearsal in a kind and efficient way, making sure that all of wedding party knew where to stand/walk/etc. She even helped my officiant determine the best way to introduce the vows and ring exchange (note the officiant is a friend and not a professional) On the day of my wedding she arrived promptly and took over all of the various facets of getting the show on the road. She did an excellent job taking care of the wedding and going to people like my mom or the bridesmaids with certain questions- making sure that I was not bothered or stressed out on the big day. Funny story: My now-husband and I were originally going to go with a different wedding planner…read more That planner sent over the contract for us to sign, but after finding multiple mistakes in the contract (misspelled names, incorrect dates, and fudged numbers), I no longer felt comfortable working with them. I thought to myself, how could I trust them to organize the biggest event of our lives if they couldn't even get these simple details right? So we let them down as gently as we could, grit our teeth, and dove back into the search. Enter Heather. She came recommended by our photographer team, and after our initial interview with her, I had a really good feeling. Her background at the esteemed Beverly Hills Hotel spoke for itself, and she came armed with a litany of questions and suggestions. The proposal and contract that she sent over was the kicker for me. Both documents were intensely thorough, to the degree that I looked them through and thought, here is a woman who has thought of everything. That was exactly the kind of person who I wanted planning our wedding, so we took a leap of faith and signed her on. Now that we're on the other side of the wedding, I'm pleased to say that I was spot on. Heather is absolutely the person you want as your wedding planner. She is diligent, experienced, professional, and fastidious. No detail was too small for her to notice, or too insignificant not to warrant a follow-up. She maintained painstakingly accurate records throughout the entire planning process and juggled all of the communication with our vendors, and all the while she kept us apprised of everything. She used a shared live spreadsheet as our wedding organizer, allowing my now-husband and I to track every change and reference every different aspect of the wedding in one place. It was incredibly useful, and at a certain point of the wedding planning process, I was checking on it at least once a day. We signed Heather on in April 2024, when we only had a venue and a photographer. Our wedding was a short 5 months later, and while we found all of the vendors ourselves, the day itself came together largely due to Heather's organizational efforts. We faced several tricky issues, such as our venue coordinator not being particularly responsive, but with Heather there to smooth things over, the issues never became real problems. We had an absolutely wonderful wedding day, and while there are a few small things that I'd change if I could do it all over again, I'd book Heather again in a heartbeat.
