The decor is really inviting and clean. I have not had any issues with my piercings, but I do get a weird feeling from the male piercer. He has never done anything inappropriate but he is not very comforting or communicative. He honestly gives me a pretty weird vibe with his standoffish, odd behavior. One time I called and asked a simple question about a specific type of earring I was looking for and it really seemed as though the employee thought I was bothering them by asking a simple question. The other time I went up to the pagoda in person to browse and the employee was not paying attention and was chatting with a friend who worked at another store. It seems like there is a wide selection of good earrings, however the questions I have had have never been answered.

I contacted Arboreal Ink because I wanted to get my ears pierced. I have had this done twice before years ago at cheap mall kiosks, but the holes never healed, and ended up closing up. After a short email conversation with Britt at Arboreal I made an appointment. Britt is fabulous, and I can't say enough good things about her and my experience here. She spent so much time talking me through the process. You can tell that she loves her job, and has a lot of experience to back that up. Derek did an amazing job helping me make adjustments to the idea I came in with. He free handed the cloud I showed him PERFECTLY after just showing him the photo for like 5 seconds. That was awesome ! He was very gentle and great to chat with during my session. I liked that he didn't make me feel dumb with all the questions/concerns I had. My tattoo was far less painful than I anticipated and came out better than I imagined. He told me what to expect afterwords (discharge/itching after the next few days) I'm happy he told me otherwise I would have been confused and concerned what was going on. after my tattoo session I had some jewelry switched out at a very affordable price. Leanna is always awesome ! She's done some of my piercings and before I knew it the new jewelry was in! Very fast but careful and sanitary at the same time. She's very warm and I always feel at ease when I'm in her chair. I live 11 hours away but It's safe to say I will always have my work done there when I'm in town! It's worth the wait ! One thing to keep in mind is the shop accepts cash only. However, there's an ATM directly across the street so that was no problem at all !

Had to search for her number and reach out she didn't even offer to take them out and didn't even give a partial refund when they messed up because of her and she tried to blame it on the healing process. Literally got recommended to go to express yourself (they were amazing) by someone in the shop who also said what she was doing wasn't okay and had to go to cowpok (also amazing) to get them out. She fully ghosted me and didn't even offer anything. Both of the other piercers I went to confirmed it was faulty handling and inappropriate length jewelry. I was thinking of going back up but I don't think that would do anything. Everyone else here seems nice so I would only go for tattoos NEVER GO HERE FOR A PIERCING.
