A couple of years ago, for our 50th wedding anniversary, I called on Brian to build me several…read morerings that when combined together "banded" our Family presented on my wife's ring finger. We worked through several designs and concepts until we found a most purposeful presentation, which my wife, and many others over the years, adore. Recently, I returned to Lowe's with a challenge and as always they were up to the task. I have a medal I have worn on a chain around my neck for over 53 years. It was removed for boot camp and for medical procedures and tests other than that it remained around my neck. Needless to say, the sterling silver was worn and I was afraid that the jump ring and or bail would be giving way soon, as even with the naked eye one could see the wearing of the silver. Brian, looked at this personal treasure as his own and with an expression of respect and dignity offered several options to repair and replace portions of the medal without altering my lifelong treasure, which was gifted to me by my wife before our wedding. Lowe's, lead by Brian, was masterful in handling my "treasure" respecting, as if it were their own, my 53 years of wearing this medal. Thank you Brian for your craft and all the folks at Lowe's who always greet me as family.

Erica worked with us to do two designs and was okay with a small batch of 12. She was a whiz on her design program. One type for the birthday girl and one for 11 of us that was slightly different. We were able to get Custom Colors brand for the men and v-neck tee shirt lady cuts for the women. The pricing was phenomenal and the shirts came out great. We're working again with Erica for more customized tees for another upcoming cruise. I highly recommend non-business people to look into these create your own tee shirts before going to Amazon for boring basics. And I recommend businesses to use this company for their logo/branded shirts and tees.

Huge mistake, this business is so NOT professional at all! I got a call from NOCCA saying the prints were all off on the edges and too low resolution.
