Vicky and Johnny trimmed and cleaned all of our trees (front and backyard - Total of 5 trees), trimmed our small palm, removed a dead tree and blew out our front and backyards. Since the first interaction I had with Palmtrees "R" Us, I was blown away. I requested a quote through yelp and Vicky responded promptly indicating that she could schedule me in for a free consultation the next day. The next day, Palmtrees "R" Us showed up at 5, the time Vicky said they would. I had one quote less than Palmtrees "R" Us but it didn't matter, my instinct told me to choose them because of their knowledge and customer service. And boy am I glad I did. They scheduled us in for the following week. They did great work with our trees and cleaned our yards. Johnny is like a tree whisperer. He knows what he is doing. Vicky is amazing at managing and providing the customer service.
