He said that they don't cut it up and put it in the trash. He said he uses the big pieces for firewood and the small branches were thrown away. They did a good job on what they did (less than what we agreed to) so I tipped an additional $200 as I wanted to retain them and felt bad the owner got left hanging for a long time. I contacted them to do a tree trim 2 weeks ago, no reply to several texts, etc. My friend contacted them and got same day service.... maybe if I was a girl I would have been helped as fast as she was?
