Matthew went above and beyond! He was incredibly helpful from the first phone call, talked me through what was likely happening with our irrigation system, and gave me options without ever trying to upsell me. When he came out, he found the actual issue quickly, explained what he was doing along the way, and got everything working again. Knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely kind -- exactly the kind of person you hope to find when you need work done around the house. We'll absolutely call On Time again. read more

Matthew really took time to talk with me on the phone today and walk me through his pricing and possibly repairs. I appreciated his honesty and time, including even telling me to go with another company due to how limited his availability was at the moment. It was refreshing to experience that level of service. read more

"I called Matthew for an urgent emergency repair estimate before August 8th. Instead of trying to lock me into an expensive underground digging project, he looked at my photos and gave me honest, free advice over the phone. He told me exactly how to fix my rose bushes simply by changing the emitters and even recommended the best local nursery and manager to speak with to save money. This is an incredibly honest, rare, and trustworthy business in Las Vegas. 5 stars!" read more

After a disappointing experience with a different company, Matthew took the time to walk me through the issues I was facing. He shared his opinions and advice over the phone without any pressure to secure his services. Positive experience. read more

I have a leak in my yard drip system. Matthew kindly talked me on the phone to help me fix the problem myself and then came to my home to assess the problem in person. He gave me great advice and never charged me. His knowledge and professionalism are obvious. Very kind of him. Thank you so much!! read more

Matthew, the owner, and his crew did an AMAZING job!! Went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we had envisioned. Highly highly recommend!! read more

Matt arrived to fix our issue on the same day that I called him. He was very nice and quickly fixed our drip line issue for $200. It all appears to be working well now. There had been an issue with receiving our receipt from him for our cash payment, but he did end up sending it a few days later which we do appreciate. read more

Needed to repair a severed irrigation line. Matthew was a pleasure to do business with, very easygoing, and even was willing to teach me how to repair it myself if I were so inclined to save money. Very responsive from the time I made the phone call to when he came out and did the job. Reasonable pricing for his time to come out, repair the line and also replace a dead shrub while he was here. Will call again then next time I need landscaping. read more

Matthew just saved me hundreds of dollars in a 4 min phone call. I was looking for a landscaping company (so I thought) because I'm being fined by my HOA due to wall leaching which I've never heard of or even was aware of... he immediately explained what his company does and didn't waste any of his or my time ... asked me what the issue was , which I told him and he broke it down so simple and easy for me to comprehend , advised me to look in my garage for the water time thing (lol) and call the company to walk me through on how to just shorten the timer which will keep me for having to pay someone to come out. He's extremely helpful and understanding, I'm happy he took the time out (he probably was in the middle of enjoying dinner or something) to walk me through everything ... plus he has a great sense of humor. Overall he seems like a great guy! Thanks again Mathew read more

Extremely fast response to a leak that I was having with my irrigation system. Walked me through the process and in this case saved me money and taught me how to fix my own issue. Would highly recommend his services and would use again. read more

We recently purchased a home and had On Time Landscaping come out to review the plants that the previous owner installed around the pool to make suggestions on what could be done with them. Matthew was responsive and helpful. I will be using his services in the future. read more

I decided to take advantage of the conversation rebate the water authority provided; found On Time Landscaping on the Water Authority list of contractors. Matthew contacted me right away and set up a time to talk about my project. Matthew and staff had great knowledge about the rebate process and guided me along the way what steps I needed to take and knew how to calculate the square footage to get approval on the first time after conversion. I gave Matthew a list of must haves and left the rest in his capable hands. All of his staff were very professional. Unfortunately due to the crazy weather this spring the project was delayed due to multiple rain delays, but Matthew updates me on every delay and when the work will be complete. Highly recommendable read more

Matthew is amazing! He came out on a Sunday night to help me in with a broken water valve from an irrigation system. He was very professional & did an amazing job! I will definitely recommend his company to anyone in need of a good landscaper! I will use him again in the future. Thanks again for everything you did! read more

On Time Landscaping is great for those landscapes that need an update or some repair. I buy and sell homes for a living and when I find a leak in the irrigation, or a timer that doesn't work, I call this company. They've also helped me improve the curb appeal of homes for sale that had deferred maintenance or dead plants. Matthew, the owner, has been very communicative, responsive and reliable. He was referred to me by a happy client and I was not disappointed. I'd recommend giving him a couple days notice but he's typically able to get repairs done very quickly. read more

The only company that gave me honest information regarding my fully grown plum trees. We just bought the house and although the trees are beautiful, the pool is filled with leaves. I called several landscapers who were willing to come out and trim the trees. However, Matthew is the only one who informed me that the roots could damage the pool (the trees are a few feet from the pool). He suggested that they be removed before we have expensive pool damage. Thanks, Matthew for the much needed insight! read more

We have used OTL for over 5 years. They are excellent and the owner is very responsive and responsible. I highly recommend them for commercial maintenance, repairs and planting. read more

Matthew is awesome! He quickly responded to my inquiry on Yelp in under an hour. He came out the following day to review what exactly I needed. He provided a few suggestions on what to plant. Additionally he provided some insight into things to be aware of; such as trees the builder planted that are close to the house and have potential to cause issues in the future. The price quote was reasonable for everything that they were going to do. I wasn't in a hurry to have the job completed, yet his team was out a few days later to take care of the job. My front yard now looks awesome! I would defiantly call Matthew at On Time Landscaping for my future landscaping needs. read more

I was having issues with my drip system valve and Mathew walked me through everything from shutting the valve off to all the options I had to fix it on the phone. Saved me the time from calling competitors and comparing quotes and a significant amount of money I was going the shovel out. Thanks again Mathew! read more

Not professional when I called for a estimate. So snooty with his answer. The guy I talk to is Matt. I'm still searching for a landscaping company comment if you know one. read more

I called On Time Landscaping because I had an irrigation system issue. When I explained what was wrong, the owner walked me through how to fix the issue myself since it was only a cheap part and an easy job. He was beyond helpful and answered all of my follow up questions in detail. He saved me a great deal of money and helped me learn something new. Highly recommend!!! read more

While a response came to me fairly quickly (late at night as well), I'm disappointed that a request for a quote was just straight up rejected. I'm not sure if it's because they think my quote and sought out services is not worth their time, but this is definitely a poor way to go about a business. The only thing I can say thanks for is the quick response, but other than that, this is truly the first time I've seen anyone has just reject someone without any attempts to work with them. Interesting, to say the least. read more

Matthew responded to my Yelp inquiry in less than 20 minutes, and chose not to take the job once he figured my 985 SFT backyard was not worth his time. I'm sure On Time does a great job based on their reviews, but a business refusing money? Shocking....This day and age where businesses compete over every client, On Time has the luxury to decline customers? What happened to "No job is too big or small"? I'm in the real state business and almost always the properties that I buy/sell for my clients need backyard services, guess these guys are out of my calling list now. A neutral 3 stars is given cause I never used their service. read more

Matthew and his team work diligently to repair my irrigation system. Geat communication and very knowledgeable.

Matthew and the guys were awesome. Friendly, honest and communicated well. Great price for my backyard that didn't hurt the bank but still quality work. They finished it in two days. Leon even fixed my gate. I can't recommend these guys enough. read more

Cannot say anything bad about OTL. Matthew and Jason are extremely professional and courteous. They explained everything to us about the rebate. They did an excellent job in helping us pick out the right shrubs and plants for our front yard. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matthew. He was very professional, friendly, informative, and the best communication skills. I had a unique situation of fixing and selling my mom's house in Las Vegas. I live in California. Matthew made this project nice and easy and kept me informed about this through pictures, texts, and phone calls. He was very understanding of my situation and so helpful I am a retired investigator for the Contractor's State License Board in California. I know a great contractor when I see one and Matthew is definitely the guy. read more

Matthew was great! I had trouble with my irrigation and he helped me solve the problem. Thank you Matthew!

I have a small yard and I had no luck getting a reliable and reasonably priced landscaping company to come out. But On Time Landscaping was amazing to work with. Matthew is super helpful and reliable. It didn't feel like they were trying to up sell me or change me an arm and a leg. I didn't have to fight to get someone to come out. They were in and out. My yard looks great! Will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend!! read more

Matthew and On Time Landscaping staff was great to work with to do my SNWA grass conversion. They even order extra rock so the area they did work in is more than what the contract was for and there is enough for me to do some other projects around my property. read more

I represent a real estate and property management company, and we have been looking for great landscaping companies that meet three performance criteria: great quality of work, good pricing, and quick to get to jobs and do them that we need done. On the very first call to Matthew, true story, his team was on the job within one hour of my call. We have found a great new partner with On Time Landscaping! Thank you Matthew. read more
