First, I appreciate that Selvin was quick to respond and great with communication. He came out by the next day to give me a quote on servicing the property. Since the property hadn't been serviced in six weeks while we waited for our previous gardener to hopefully recover, he also had to perform a one-time cleanup given all the growth that happened and the debris that had accumulated. Fast forward another day, Selvin serviced the property, and it looks beautiful. They did such a great job with all the trimming and cleanup. Selvin will be coming back to perform regular maintenance, and I look forward to working with Selvin and his team.

On their first visit, they removed almost all of the weeds and cleaned up the property far beyond my expectations. Since then, their monthly service has been consistent and thorough. They've also been flexible with scheduling when needed and always send invoices and payment receipts promptly, which unfortunately isn't always common in this industry. My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. Highly recommend them if you're looking for dependable, professional landscaping service.

He mapped out the measurements of our backyard with great detail and precision. If you live in an area that has HOA, then you know what a hassle it can be to summit plans that they approve. The crew were very approachable to any questions or concerns I had during the process. Our house came with some pavers already put in from the builder. I had a concern that they wouldn't match the new pavers I wanted to put in. The construction crew blended the pavers together beautifully, they matched 100%. We decided on the Rockn' 80s for the turf and my kids love running around on it. The value that this company has is more than just receiving an awesome deal on landscaping. The hard working attributes of their employees is what makes them stand out! Highly recommended!

We had an awful experience with another company and were really worried about finding someone honest and reputable. We saw a friend's yard and we were so impressed that we asked for details on which company did the work. We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. They truly listened to what we wanted, took our ideas seriously, and also brought their own creative vision and expertise to the project. The team went above and beyond to help us make our entire yard perfect, paying attention to every detail and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them enough for transforming our yard into something we absolutely love. Absolutely Incredible Transformation -- Advantage Landscape Exceeded Our Expectations!…read more We recently had Advantage Landscape complete a landscaping project at our home, and I can't say enough great things about this company and the entire team! From the beginning, owner Ken Kesick was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our request for a quote, offered very competitive pricing, and was extremely accommodating with scheduling. We were having the exterior of our home painted at the same time, and Ken was more than willing to coordinate the landscaping work around the painters. That flexibility made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly. Project Manager Kayden did a fantastic job keeping everything organized and moving forward. Communication was excellent, and we always felt the project was in good hands. And then there's the incredible crew -- Silvestre, Jhon, and Edgar. These guys were absolutely outstanding! Their hard work, skill, and attention to detail were impressive to watch. One of the highlights was seeing them maneuver and position some very large boulders, making sure each one was placed exactly where we wanted it. Watching them work was amazing! They clearly take tremendous pride in what they do, and it shows in the finished product. Another thing that really impressed us was the quality of the plants they selected for our project. With more than 40 plants to choose and install, you might expect a few that weren't quite up to par -- but not with this team! Every single plant they selected was beautiful, healthy-looking, and of excellent quality. Out of 40+ plants, there wasn't one bad one in the entire group! That level of consistency and attention to detail says a lot about the standards this company holds itself to. From the initial estimate through the final details and thorough cleanup, the entire experience was exceptional. The crew worked hard, respected our property, and left everything looking fantastic. The finished landscaping exceeded our expectations, and we could not be happier with the transformation! I've included before-and-after photos because the results truly speak for themselves. A huge thank-you to Ken, Kayden, Silvestre, Jhon, Edgar, and the entire Advantage Landscape team! If you're looking for a landscaping company that delivers outstanding workmanship, excellent communication, fair pricing, quality materials and plants, and exceptional customer service, look no further. Five stars all the way -- I would highly recommend Advantage Landscape without hesitation!
