The third tree was a super tall eucalyptus tree planted right at the corner of a block fence wall that was shared with our neighbor, and its roots were the reason the fence walls work cracking and falling apart. Quan was so quick to respond and we were able to get an appointment the next day for him to look at our property while we were out of town and get an estimate for everything. We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. We were going to be out of town on the day the work was going to be scheduled, but Juan kept in touch consistently and us making payment for the job being done was also handled very professionally. Throughout the day Juan was sending me texts and pictures of what was being done and what their next steps were going to be. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and we will be using him again for any projects that come up next!

Vicky and Johnny trimmed and cleaned all of our trees (front and backyard - Total of 5 trees), trimmed our small palm, removed a dead tree and blew out our front and backyards. Since the first interaction I had with Palmtrees "R" Us, I was blown away. I requested a quote through yelp and Vicky responded promptly indicating that she could schedule me in for a free consultation the next day. The next day, Palmtrees "R" Us showed up at 5, the time Vicky said they would. They were both super friendly during the consultation and after a few minutes of interacting with them, I could tell that they were extremely knowledgeable. They took their time examining our trees and shrubs and provided me a fair quote. In all honesty, Palmtrees "R" Us was the 3rd quote I had been given that day. I had one quote less than Palmtrees "R" Us but it didn't matter, my instinct told me to choose them because of their knowledge and customer service. And boy am I glad I did.
