I hired The Trike Hub for transportation after my wedding reception. I booked 6 pedicabs. Overall the process was simple, the pedicabs arrived on time to the yacht and "XN" made the process easy. I expected the pedicabs to have some decorations on them and say "just married" - their website does state that they do decorate the pedicabs if it is for a wedding reception (they were not decorated, and I was not told about any upgrades if that's a thing). Also, the driver took a lot of photos of us and we were told we would be on the website/social media which did not happen to our knowledge. read more

(FYI-we felt the Duck Tour wasn't that great-waste of our money - they went too fast past the landmarks and told us stories so quickly, not easy to follow). Oh my gosh, I can't say enough about how great they are! Randomly hopped a ride with Christian one Friday night about a month ago and it was a blast. Took us on a 2 hour tour around town and we laughed, joked and chatted the whole time. We enjoyed it so much we arranged him and another driver to take my 92 year old grandmother and my 82 year old MIL for a ride around town when they flew in to visit us and it was just as fun; filled with history, laughs and adventures. Honestly - the very best pedicab tour I've taken here in Boston. I filled out an online request which was responded to within 30 minutes. Our tour guide, Christian, was prompt, professional, and really knew his Boston history. He tailored the tour to meet my out of town guest's interests. We started in the Back Bay, continued through the South End, Chinatown, the waterfront and ended up at our dinner reservation at Bacco in the North End. My guest was absolutely delighted with the tour. Christian pointed out the small details and little known facts about the city that most locals (myself included) are not aware of.
