Got lots gear for my 1st tri and he didn't steer me towards the expensive stuff, just what I needed.

Since REI is located in an industrial street, there are many parking spots available for this building and the main building. My husband and I took our snowboards to get waxed. This time around, we opted to pay for the hot wax as opposed to their free machine wax. The hot wax is usually $36 each but they were having a promo that it's half off until March. We went on a Saturday mid-afternoon and it took only about 20 minutes. I also wanted to buy some new boots and I put my name down on the sign up sheet on the clipboard. I was the next one in line and thought the wait wouldn't be too long but I still ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seen. It seemed there was only one guy dedicated to the boot fitting area. After a while, I ended up approaching another worker and thankfully he said he was able to help me out. *Tip if you're going for boot fitting: put your name down on the list but also just ask anyone with a green vest to see if they can help you out so you don't end up unnecessarily waiting a while. I'd like to give Mike a huge shoutout for helping me find the right boots! He was so personable and he took the time to explain what I should feel. He suggested I put insoles in my boots because I have flatter feet and it made a whole difference, so I really appreciate that. Overall, we had a great experience and received wonderful customer experience between getting our boards waxed, fitting for my new boots, and checking out.

REI stands for Recreation Equipment, Inc. Most of the merchandise seems to be geared towards camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. I saw tents, sleeping bags, campfire cooking equipment, sunglasses, clothing, shoes, bags, first aid kits, and more! My cousin was so happy to find a pair of name brand flip flops for half off (around $50). My other cousin bought some dry-fit clothing. As long as they're happy, right? They are literally Happy Campers! =D

Nic and the entire crew are top-notch. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a welcoming, friendly attitude, and they're always ready to help no matter what I need. Whether it's answering questions, giving solid advice, or tracking down something hard to find, they go above and beyond. If they don't have something in stock, they're more than willing to order it and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. It's rare to find a shop that combines great customer service, deep knowledge, and genuine care for their customers the way they do. I've got nothing but great things to say about Coastal Ordnance--highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy gun shop.

Nice selection of aftermarket parts such as grips, trigger upgrades and optics from the go-to brands. Now let's talk about what sets them apart from the others. The answer to that is SERVICE. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike many other gun stores, the staff here actually approach you and ask what they can help you with instead of you having to flag someone down. I've only been here a handful of times but it feels like I've known Nic, John and Henry for ages. That's how friendly and personable they are at Coastal Ordnance. Keep up the great work, everyone! I hope you guys thrive and stick around forever.

The website stated a 2-3 week lead time, so we made sure to order within a month (April 22nd to be exact) of when we were expecting to receive the tent (Memorial Weekend). Well, we did not receive the tent by then, but decided to give it another week before reaching out - there was absolutely no follow up or communication from the company at this point. On June 6th my husband called them and was advised that within the next week the tent would be shipped. Surprise, surprise, we received nothing indicating it had shipped. So, my husband emailed and called again on June 16th and it was the same song and dance. Another two weeks go by and STILL nothing. My husband called yesterday and we were advised that it would be shipped out today, so my husband asked for proof. The proof they sent was quite hilarious, as it was a picture of two boxes, indicating no names or order identification, not even a shipping label. Well, I'm sure to no surprise, we have received no shipping information today and we're done with the back and forth. We are at 11 weeks of being lied to and tossed around, with a major lack of communication and customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anyone - I'm baffled they are even in business. Do better.

Love our Paha Que side tent on our 2022 nuCamp T@B 320S. Gives so much more room, and great for when our teens want to go camping with us.

The clothes are durable, it really protects you from the Cold, and the clothing always has a nice style. We always buy our Vests, Jackets, and other Cold gear at The North Face . We've been a loyal customer of this Brand for many years. It doesn't disappoint when in comes to Quality, It's always a good Product. We are very Happy now that they opened a branch here in Fashion Valley, very close to where I live, so this place will see us Shopping here a lot. For now, we bought 1 Jacket only 'coz my Son wasn't with us, he is home Studying for an exam. But we will sure be back for more, especially when our son is with us. I don't shop for my self much, but I do a lot of crazy Shopping for my Son :) . Last week my son paid $600 for 1 North Face Royal Blue light weight Jacket, one of their Best one, and it's called " SUMMIT SERIES " from his own Allowance money and showed it to me when he came home. I didn't say any coz i know how much he likes The North Face Brand . But its worth it , a really good Quality Brand . We are really Happy that this North Face is now added here in Fashion Valley mall.

While browsing, I received a call from a Deaf friend and began communicating with him in American Sign Language. An employee named Aya approached me and asked whether I intended to make a purchase. I politely explained that I did and that I was simply finishing my conversation. Despite that explanation, she repeatedly questioned me about whether I was going to buy something. She reminded me that the store closed at 9:00 p.m., and I responded that it was only about 8:25 p.m. and that I still had plenty of time to complete my purchase. Even after I explained that I was almost done with my conversation, she continued pressing the issue and suggested that I take my conversation elsewhere. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, pressured, and uncomfortable enough that I decided not to make a purchase at all. I left the store and intend to raise my concerns with corporate because I do not believe customers should be repeatedly questioned after clearly stating that they intend to buy something.
