Visited on 8th June and ordered large cod with chips, tuna and a bottle of Pinot Grigio, The wine was £14 but was of very poor quality and served warm, we were given an ice bucket filled with tap water and four ice cubes because thats all they had left. We waited almost an hour for our food but weren't advised when ordering that there was a delay.
When the food arrived the large cod would have been classed as a childs serving at other resteraunts and when I complained I was told that the chef would cook some more which would take ten minutes, when I told the waitress that I didnt want the food served in instalements, she told me that there was nothing she could do and walked away. The Tuna was cooked with its skin on (not the norm for tuna which has leathery inedible skin) and served with just four aspaguras spears and a few boiled new potatoes served dry.
Overall the service was poor the food was poor and the wine was poor quality, warm and overpriced.
Will not visit again and advise others to be wary. read more
