I had a pretty large search area set to find ice cream -- but what attracted me to this location (of all the possible ones over 3.5 hours) was actually the cool name and colorful pictures I saw. So what you'll find here is a small, family owned restaurant -- the decor is quirky, the flavors are quirky, and vibe is quirky -- but that's what also makes it charming. The staff is super friendly and the ice cream is creamy, tasty, and fresh. This shop is probably not worth a special detour over 200 miles, but if you're in the Dekalb / Sycamore area -- it's a nice place to stop by and have some ice cream (and a selfie with the signs).

There's quite a lot of the other stuff including breakfast items like avocado toast. Crazy all the things they got. There's something for any time of the day or even year. It's about $3 for a cone. They don't have a lot of vegan options here but one thing is the avocado toast. Also there's plenty of coffee. They have a few non dairy milks. Ironic for having ice cream.
