Beth is a sales person and works the system while Minerva the supposed director is never around and when she is, she is rude. They try and sell you on their video system the NEVER works and with so few kids they mix all the ages. What infant belongs with a handful of yelling 4 yr olds? Stay away and look for another center. Please do not put you or your child through the wrath of Hill Country Learning Center.

I was one of the lucky ones that got out before my child went to Marble Falls ISD. The facility stinks, (literally), the carpet is disgusting. My child's socks were BLACK when I picked them up. Sometimes the facility didn't have enough food to feed the kids! I'm sorry, but pizza and pudding is NOT a balanced lunch. The director is NEVER there nor does she know (or care) about the education the children are learning. The few times she is there, I've found her to be rude, hateful, a gossip (don't tell her anything you don't want anyone else to know about), a liar, (I could go on, but I won't). A "turn style" should be installed since so many teachers/staff go through there. How is that helping the education of our kids when the turn over is through the roof. If you'd like to have someone literally get in your car and move it, park it out front...the director will move it...I'm not kidding! Seriously, please look elsewhere to send your children. Hill Country Learning Center is NOT the place.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I was very nervous about putting my 11 month old in daycare when he had…read morebeen staying him with me full time. Unfortunately I had to go back to work and trusted this facility to take care of my son with compassion and patience as he was dealing with this adjustment. This was NOT the case. He got sick immediately- which we anticipated as germs are normal in daycares but due to him getting sick repeatedly with the same virus over a two month duration he had a hard time adjusting to this new schedule. I had to beg the administration to have some patience with him as he is a big mammas boy and was behind in a few areas. So after I had taken off all these days to take care of my sick baby he finally went back to school and when we was having a bad day the admin (Kirstin) messaged me while I was at work and told me I needed to come and get him ASAP because he was having a bad day and couldn't be consoled. After leaving work early going to pick him up he was laying down being comforted by his teacher not crying. He was put in his car seat and sang and babbled the whole way home and then took at nap when we got home. Then this past week I dropped my son off at 1:00 as he had a drs appt an hour and 15 min away at 11:00 that day(we also live in Kingsland so there was no way I was taking him to marble falls that morning going back home and then immediately turning around to go pick him up to take him to his appt) and got a call 20 minutes later telling me I needed to come pick him up because I wasn't allowed to drop him off in the afternoon.they mentioned ratios to me which is very odd because as I had paid his tuition for this week I assumed I would be paying for his spot in the ratio. I dropped what I was doing went and picked him up. Fast forward to this morning I sent the admin a message letting them know he would be at school today at 8:45 and attempted to drop him off at 10:15. I was greeted at the door by his teacher and the admin team and was told I couldn't drop him off past 10. I was again confused as his tuition had been paid for and told the admin I had sent a message and I would like a refund if they refused to offer the childcare that I was paying for. The admin lady refused to give me a refund and said I paid for his spot but I couldn't drop him off due to ratios. I told her if they don't let me drop off my child at the daycare that I paid for their service I would write them a review. She told me to go ahead and told me it would be his last day. The only positives I will give this place are that he did start to bond with his teachers and they were always friendly to him as well as me. If there are any parents out there debating on sending your baby here and your wanting a little extra attention or compassion for a child just starting daycare don't send them here. I have worked in preschools before and the level of unprofessionalism of this place is astounding. It's also not very clean as the teachers show up right when they open and leave right when they close so I don't know when the rooms get sprayed down. Both preschools I've worked at previously would have never rejected a child based on what time they were dropped off it would have been extremely bad business. Very disappointed in this daycare. They reported my review on Google so reposting here.

I will always be thankful for the love they showed our family. My dad also goes to the church. The new Director, Wendy, is amazing. God has brought her to the school with great ideas and vision. They are a generous school, and the faculty are passionate about Christian education. They are going through a lot of really positive changes, and I'm excited to see the school continue to grow. They also have a beautiful campus. I think they are the only church and school combo within a 45 minute drive. It is a huge blessing to the community when a church and school come together to serve kids. I highly recommend taking a tour!

They genuinely love their babies and have the most patience and love possible for all the children they have in their classes. BUT seriously the worst administration, and directors and "church overseers." I couldn't tell you the times we were hidden information, lied to, miss billed, talked about behind our backs and disregarded as parents.Today the "new director" decided she was a medical professional and told me what medical care she thought my son should have. Ha! They can not hold leadership staff because this school is so corrupt. This year was no surprise they cancelled plans of starting a high school, and are also doing away with their middle school. You can not call yourself a "Christian" school and have no backbone, morals or values and hide things from parents. The last month NUMEROUS cops have also been staked out in the parking lot and changes in school security because of all the other things going on that they also hide from parents. This school is crumbling because of the lack of honest leadership. The teachers are the best, and I would hire any one of them as a private nanny for the kids, but the leadership is sub-par.
