My daughter just turned 2 and has been attending for almost a year now. She's been in 2 different classes during that time (older infant and then toddler) and we have never had a disappointing day. The director Manju is so kind and helpful. The front desk/admin Annette is warm and welcoming everyday. My little girl always gives her a big hug. Our teacher Angela is a superhero. I don't know how she does all she does with these toddlers! On top of that, the company has an amazing app, cameras to check in on your child, the teachers send photos and updates throughout the day and the meals and snacks always look so yummy. There are "theme" days (today was wear your favorite Disney!), curriculum, school wide events (hello Trunk or Treating and Thanksgiving lunch!) and parent teacher conferences to keep parents engaged and in the loop. Their facility is clean, and their teachers are fantastic. This was the first experience my kids had at a preschool, and they struggled with being left for the first few weeks, but each other teachers was patient and understanding. They helped them transition into this new schedule with gentleness, and soon my kids couldn't wait to go in the mornings. On more than one occasion my older daughter would ask if I could come pick her up later because she was having so much fun. Now that I'm finished with school, going back to work and finding childcare for my youngest was a no brainer - why would we go anywhere else? My hope is to keep him here as long as possible! I'm so thankful the open communication I have with their staff, and their policies during everything that's happened since last March have been easy to understand, and appreciated. Their director Joyce is very hands on, and helpful in meeting our childcare needs. Other staff members have been so kind, and I love that my kids love going to their classes. The way they keep me up to date through their app is also super awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

From day one, this team has made us feel confident that our girls are cared for! When I went back to work and dropped off my 4-month-old for the first time, Ms. Irene gave me so much peace of mind. She treated our daughter with such care, and that feeling continued with Ms. Mairo and Ms. Anna, who have been part of her journey as she's moved up. Watching our now-confident toddler walk happily into her classroom each morning is a testament to the environment they've created for her. Our oldest has grown tremendously during her time here. Ms. Angel, Ms. Layla, and now Ms. Kris have helped her build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. As she gets ready for Pre-K, I know the foundation they've helped build will stay with her long after she leaves. The leadership team deserves recognition too. Ms. Autumn, Ms. Raquel, and Ms. Alana do an incredible job communicating with families and creating a center that feels welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring. And then there are all the little things that make a difference--the warm greetings, the fun activities, the familiar faces throughout the building, and even Ms. Robin in the kitchen, who somehow became one of my daughter's favorite people. Ms. Katie has also been a constant source of love and encouragement for both of our girls over the years. As two full-time working parents, we appreciate the dependable hours and support this center provides. But more than anything, we're grateful for the people. Daycare is hard work, and parents are trusting you with the most important people in their lives. This team never takes that responsibility lightly. Our girls feel special here. They're excited to go every morning. They come home happy with stories and excited to tell us about their day. After about 2 months of our son attending this daycare we are very impressed. They have excellent safety measures in place coming & going, you are always greeted by their friendly staff, the teachers are warm & kind, the curriculum is perfect and balanced for the development of the children, and they help with potty training! The teachers sends me pictures and updates throughout the day through their app which is a nice touch. I know my son is in good hands which makes this Mama very happy. They even ate lunch at the same table they were expected to work to work at. Bright Star has a cafeteria, science room, indoor playground, nurse's station, splash pad and multiple classrooms that are used throughout the day. The schedule is different every day. This atmosphere has encouraged my child to be young and curious and still challenged by the type of curriculum that will place him at the top of his class. And, they have a 100% organic menu. Plus, they take debit/credit cards for tuition without you having to sign up for automatic payments!

It got to a point where we stopped learning the new teachers' names because we knew we wouldn't see them in a week! With our oldest potty training, this proved to be quite a chore. Bottom line, if you send your kids here, expect little to no interaction about how the kids are doing. The school proudly touts their lackadaisical child care approach as the 'Reggio Emilia' way.
