So happy Toledo is getting into the food truck scene!! Unfortunately I usually don't have time…read moreduring my lunch to head out to one! :( Hence my excitement for the Toledo Food Truck Festival! The line for this place was ridiculous, which is a good thing!!! I am glad I waited!!! I had the New Orleans which was salami, capicola, monterrey jack, olive tampenade, and a red wine sauce type thing. It. was. phenomenal. The bread was fantastic and the tampenade had a really great flavor. My dad had the Mexico without sour cream and said it was really great (and for my dad to say that about a sandwich without meat is extremely impressive!). My only problem with the food is that they kept running out while we were in line!!! haha :) But again, we were very happy with our sandwiches!!! Highly recommend!

I was excited to see that they have veggie dogs available, and the different topping combos sounded awesome. I ordered the Justice with a veggie dog (coleslaw, mustard and onion) and my fiancé ordered a Schnitzel (sauerkraut, mustard, onions) and a Tex (chili, cheddar, onions) with regular beef hot dogs. Mine came out with coleslaw and a pickle, and my veggie dog looked like it hadn't even touched the grill. Microwaved, maybe? It was only slightly warm in the middle. His dogs were also lukewarm at best, but they did have the right toppings. Two stars because it wasn't inedible, but I like my hot dogs hot.
