Not only did Triple AAA lie to me about when someone would come out to tow my disabled vehicle, it turned out that they didn't bother to send anyone out at all. As I sat in a disabled vehicle for several hours in subzero weather, waiting for a tow truck that Triple AAA never bothered to send out Triple AAA never bothered to send me a single update, and when on my own I did find a Triple AAA approved tow truck, Triple AAA Hoosier Motor Club refused to cover the expense, because the Triple AAA representative, said they didn't have a contact with them. A different Triple AAA affiliate had that contract DO NOT BECOME A PREMIER MEMBER. THEY KNOW THEY'RE GETTING THE MAXIMUM MONEY FROM YOU, SO TRIPLE AAA HAS NO INCENTIVE TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The travel group put together a fabulous trip; Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Radio City Music Hall behind the scenes tour, Phantom of the Opera tickets, The Today Show live, 9-11 National Monument, Harbor Lights evening boat ride on the Hudson, Hop On/Hop Off bus tours and a boat cruise to Ellis Island and access to the pedestal of Lady Liberty.
