This transitional housing/php program for women in recovery is the worst run program, I have encountered. The house mgr, Deborah, became verbally abusive when a new woman moved into the house, and thought I was the house manager. I went to two different therapists, Joy and Sara, at the PHP part of their program to complain. They both documented the incidents and interviewed the other women residing with me at the house; they concurred with me in regards to the treatment I received from her. I remained silent when she went on her rants. I was subsequently discharged....On the day I was discharged, Deborah, the manager, called me names, made fun of my illness and threatened to kick my a** if I didn't get out of her house. I was given 45 minutes to pack and left 1/2 of my things there, because of her threats. When I realized I was missing quite a bit of my things, I contacted both Deborah and the COO, Jennifer; they told me that my things had been given away. Legally? They are to hold my belongings for 30 days. Please do not consider this place....If I could give it a 0, I would. Every other review I have given for other places has been a 5. I am not one to rant and rave. I am in the process of contacting attorneys to see what, if anything, can be done. read more
