So grateful for the Transfer Lab! I found 2 old VHS tapes from the '95 and 2000 of my childhood and had no VCR to play them in. I brought them here a day before my mom was going to be visiting for the weekend and I told the kind man that I would love to be able to surprise my mom with these videos. When I showed him the tapes he said he could see the film had mold on it, and if I had put them into a vcr it would have completely damaged the film. Because of this, there was an extra process (I think he had to dehydrate the tapes to get rid of the mold) He was able to get the tapes back to me the next day just in time, and they looked amazing! (Well, as amazing as you'd expect a 90's home video to look!) Reasonably priced for what had to be done, and having these cherished memories to look back on is priceless. Highly recommend read more

Great job transferring both audio and video. Everything was meticulously tracked via bar code. Items were ready when promised. Your VHS tapes and audio reels are disintegrating so even though it is a financial investment, it is worth it. My project was small enough for a USB drive but for a larger project, you can provide your own external hard drive (or they will sell you one). And when there was something he couldn't do, he referred me to a place downtown that took care of me. read more

I needed some videotape formatted so that I could view them. I told the manager some of the files were upside-down, and he said, " oh, we can fix that." When I got the tapes back I realized they were not fixed. When I went back the same guy said, "oh, you must have misunderstood me." Bad transfer, poor quality, and BS people.
