The facility offers FREE parking in the neighboring garage. It has a large open atrium that brings in tons of natural light. There are various amenities (I am not familiar with them all, as I only went to the event space that was used for the WIA event), and from what I could tell various points to rest/be seated if needed. The staff at the front reception desk is kind and helpful. From what I could tell, the wayfinding is decent. All in all, it was a really solid experience. I am looking forward to future wellness events that may be hosted here, as I truly enjoyed my visit here.

The instructor was super nice showing me around the machine before the class started and helping me out throughout the routine. I do wish, however, that they had different tiers of classes; one for beginners and one for more experienced goers. The instructor did a great job describing how to do each move modifying it for beginners, but I know of other Pilates companies that offer different experience levels and that would have made it more comfortable for my first time.

The app we used to book it didn't give us a notification, nor did we get an email. When we walked in the manager said an email should have gone out -- none of us got it. She gave us her card to email her if we can tell her how we can make it right. That's awkward. I'm not the type of customer who ever demands anything. As the manager for a boutique studio--she should have some understanding of customer service. While the manager is nice and may not have a full grasp of her booking management system, this is just general customer service. Customer service 101: Provide the customer with a few options that are within your means and then ask if any of these seem appropriate for them or if they have any other ideas. Personally I would have offered a free class. We were interested in the Dr. Phillips location that is opening up next month but now we are totally not feeling it.

I want to leave a balanced review with some good and some caution…read more So much good!: the workouts are comprehensive, you can train cardio and strength, you work many muscle groups with compound motions that pack a lot into a short time. The coaches are skilled and genuinely friendly and engaging, and you will push your limits, learning some real boxing along the way. The caution: Be wise. Stretch a full 15 minutes before class starts. Once class starts, there can be peer pressure to do everything coaches say, and to not feel like the weak link in games. Don't let that get you hurt! Be you. Take a break if you need one. Positive highlights: Coaches Seth, Arjay, and Bobby I go to the most because their sessions are really fun and also challenging, and you'll both get a great workout and also come out of it healthy and not overcooked.

She even offers a free first class, which is such a great way to try it out with zero pressure. Her prices are incredibly fair, especially for the quality of training you get. Every workout is challenging but in the best way, and she always knows how to push you just enough so you feel stronger without feeling overwhelmed. No two sessions feel the same, which keeps things fun and keeps you coming back. What really sets Lexi apart is how much she truly cares. She pays attention to your form, your goals, and your progress, and she genuinely wants to see you succeed. You are not just another client to her. If you are looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, and affordable, Lexi is absolutely the person to go to. I am so glad I found her and I would recommend her to anyone at any fitness level.

I joined during the pre-opening sale and got a killer deal on my membership. The gym is brand-spanking new. It's been open less than a month. 25 ergs (I learned a new word...) all digitized so after each class you get an email with your stats. You sign up through an app, pick your erg, and attend a bomb class. There are classes all day, from 5:30 AM - 8:30 PM. There are 6 different types of classes - all include rowing but some include hand weights, some body weight exercises, stretching, and/or HIIT style. There are even classes designed specifically to help with your form/technique and another for endurance. No mater your style, you'll find something you like. Also: - Sheri, the owner, is SUPER nice. She owns both locations. She opened Row House because there was nothing like it, purely dedicated to rowing, in the area. She couldn't find what she was looking for so she built it her damn self. How bad ass is that!? She takes the classes along with this and really cares about her members. - The staff are all fantastic! The lovely ladies at the front desk and coaches are all there to pump you up, keep you motivated, and are super friendly. - I've tried had all but 1 coach so far and each one is great in their own way. Nicole and Jade were there when I signed up and I love them both. Their classes are super high energy and they get you riled up! Releen, Ty, Kelly, and CC are all fantastic! Their classes are challenging and they love calling people out and giving them kudos in class. Seriously, you cannot go wrong regardless who's class you sign up for. And, bonus, these are all people who I'd totally hang with outside of the gym - they are all just that nice! I love their energy, it's infectious. I highly recommend you check them out! I'm totally a fan and hooked! I'm gonna be chizzled in no time! (Prob not, because food, but one can hope!)

I communicated with someone on IG and they were very, very nice. Location: Super clean, very nice lobby area. 2 restrooms to use/change. Happy smiling staff! The row room (I'm sure it has a real name) is dark in a cool way. The ergs are set up in nice rows but you still have some of your own space and they have fun lighting to use during the class. Coach: Danny was in charge of my first 2 visits and he was VERY helpful and patient with me. That second round was rough for me but he was super supportive and makes a point to speak to everyone - and knows people's names! It feels like a really supportive group where people are invested in each other. I've also had Tina who keeps you moving - shorter class, gotta go hard - and she was very motivational for an early Sunday morning! Class: The Signature is only - ha! "only" - about 45 minutes. Once you get the hang of how to work the machine, you can get into a good rhythm. I'm still working on my posture, but I feel stronger when I'm there. You get off the machine twice and that makes me feel dizzy but I'll get there. The whole class is motivated and cheering each other on! The atmosphere is great. I've also done the Express and there were only 4 of us total so it was not as loud but definitely just as much of a workout, I may have sweated more!! Overall: I really enjoy this workout. It's not HARD on any specific part of your body but you are definitely working and getting stronger. I'm signed up for a few more and excited to go - which I have never said about another workout in my life before...ever.
