I'm someone who RARELY leaves a negative review. If/when I do it's to genuinely help...whether it's the potential customer or the service provider. The fact that my experience may be used, in part, to improve the process is the ideal outcome. Zach, and SureFire CPR proved they are a business who cares about their clients. The highlight of my experience was Instructor Mike--hands down one of the best instructors I've encountered. He brought a great sense of humor to the class. He explained the content well and tailored the instruction to meet the learning needs of all participants. Mike frequently checked in to ensure everyone was on track and understood the material. What stood out most was how seamlessly he navigated the differences between real-world practice and AHA standards, often prefacing explanations with, "In the AHA hospital..." or "In practice, you would...," which made the content more relatable and easier to retain. I've been taking certification and renewal courses at NEO for years and will absolutely return when it's time to renew again.
