He focused on real-world application, not just memorization, which made a huge difference in confidence and retention. What really sets Mike apart is his ability to break down rhythm interpretation and ACLS algorithms in a practical, high-yield way. He created a supportive learning environment where questions were encouraged, and he made sure everyone truly understood the material before moving on. His experience, patience, and passion for teaching were evident throughout the course. I walked away feeling well-prepared, more confident in emergency situations, and genuinely grateful for the quality of instruction. Highly recommend Mike to anyone taking ACLS--top-tier instructor.

The registration process was quick and easy, and I promptly received an email with clear instructions and comprehensive study materials. Parking was plentiful, which is always a bonus. The highlight of my experience was Instructor Mike--hands down one of the best instructors I've encountered. He brought a great sense of humor to the class. He explained the content well and tailored the instruction to meet the learning needs of all participants. Mike frequently checked in to ensure everyone was on track and understood the material. What stood out most was how seamlessly he navigated the differences between real-world practice and AHA standards, often prefacing explanations with, "In the AHA hospital..." or "In practice, you would...," which made the content more relatable and easier to retain. I've been taking certification and renewal courses at NEO for years and will absolutely return when it's time to renew again. For full transparency: I do not work for NEO and have not been paid to leave this review--I just genuinely appreciate the consistent quality of their courses and instructors. Highly recommended!

Overall the…read morecurriculum and CNA experience itself was mostly up to date for the state exam, but Holly did not have answers for many questions that myself and other students asked. She even gave us false information and when I provided her with the right answer she gave me attitude in front of the whole class, only to be corrected by the headmaster the next day and not apologize to me. Under different circumstances I wouldn't care much to have to deal with Holly treating us like middle schoolers the entire course, but I paid over $2,000 for this course; in the least they could have competent professors.

She has had tons of experience working in the field, so you know you're in good hands! The theory portion of the class was fast and somewhat vague at times but it all made sense once we got to the skilled nursing facility for our clinicals. My instructor was on the floor with us everyday during clinicals. The first day was a bit overwhelming but over time, I felt very comfortable interacting with patients and performing skills. By the end of the clinicals, my classmates and I felt more than prepared for our test. We were lucky that our state exam was scheduled the day after we officially finished the course. Everyone in my class passed!! Shoutout Ms. Lauren for being the best instructor!! This was such a great program and I would highly reccommend it to anyone looking to get certified or gain hands on experience/hours for PA/NP/Med School etc.!!
