I'm someone who RARELY leaves a negative review. If/when I do it's to genuinely help...whether it's the potential customer or the service provider. The fact that my experience may be used, in part, to improve the process is the ideal outcome. Zach, and SureFire CPR proved they are a business who cares about their clients. She has had tons of experience working in the field, so you know you're in good hands! The theory portion of the class was fast and somewhat vague at times but it all made sense once we got to the skilled nursing facility for our clinicals. My instructor was on the floor with us everyday during clinicals. The first day was a bit overwhelming but over time, I felt very comfortable interacting with patients and performing skills. By the end of the clinicals, my classmates and I felt more than prepared for our test. We were lucky that our state exam was scheduled the day after we officially finished the course. Everyone in my class passed!! Shoutout Ms. Lauren for being the best instructor!! This was such a great program and I would highly reccommend it to anyone looking to get certified or gain hands on experience/hours for PA/NP/Med School etc.!!

She even gave us false information and when I provided her with the right answer she gave me attitude in front of the whole class, only to be corrected by the headmaster the next day and not apologize to me. Under different circumstances I wouldn't care much to have to deal with Holly treating us like middle schoolers the entire course, but I paid over $2,000 for this course; in the least they could have competent professors.
