The evening classes that I attend are taught by lead instructor, Ray. Although I only train in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Karate classes are also offered here. Onsite gym access is also offered with Gold membership and access to the Orange facility is also offered with the Gold membership. Muay Thai practices typically consist of a warm-up such as jump rope or jumping with conditioning drills in-between, shadow boxing, learning technique by hitting pads, bag drills with punches and kicks and sparring at the last 15 minutes of practice. The workout is great for me as I'm in my 50's and I don't have any aspirations to compete. I attend 2 - 3 times a week, evenings during the week and sometimes Saturday morning. It would be tough to get that high intensity workout by just going to a gym. The staff is is friendly and helpful. My only opportunities for improvement are more clinch training is needed on Monday or Fridays and the mats could be cleaned more frequently. Four stars!

This is a kids' program where children are rolling around on the mats all day, sweating and making constant skin-to-skin contact. Hygiene should be an absolute priority. Simply giving the mats a quick wipe with a soft cloth is not enough. Mats need to be properly cleaned and disinfected regularly with products and procedures designed to prevent the spread of things like ringworm and other skin infections. After this experience, I seriously question their sanitation practices. When parents trust you with their children, providing a clean and sanitary training environment should be the bare minimum. I would strongly recommend parents pay attention to the condition of the mats and ask about their cleaning procedures before enrolling their kids.

They only opened up in December 2023 and I joined them in January 2024, but it has been a good 4 months. A lot of people are white belts, but everyone has been super chill. We don't wear color rash guards to announce our rank, so I feel like that's been a good thing. At my old gym, if you were a colored belt, everyone would go balls to the wall to try and beat you. And given that you were a colored belt, you felt like you had to defend the rank. Maybe it was just me. My jiu jitsu game has improved a lot since joining this gym. My offense for sure has improved and my transitions have improved a lot. I now understand why 10th Planet players are so fluid and dangerous from any position; they train it every day. Pro-tip: Morning classes are where it's at! Coach Jorge and Coach Genesis are dope. They are knowledgeable and great at providing guidance to help you take your moves from a 5 to a 10.

I have been going to gyms for over 30 years, and unfortunately this has been one of the worst…read morefitness centers I've ever joined. They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members.

This fast tracks a hard-working beginner's learning and, in the process, will find him/herself at par with opponents of a higher ranking. From experience, I find it unconventional compared to neighboring academies. I am Always mind-blown whenever I attend the seminars of current world champions (at AOJ) and discover that what they teach there are already what Coach AJ is teaching us, beginners, at RJJC but Coach AJ articulates it better.
