Looks like fun, but what days and hours? How much is it? I will come back and update this once I try a class.

I called and spoke with Courtney to freeze my account for three months since I wouldn't be in town…read more She told me I still had to pay December and confirmed multiple times that I would not be charged in January. I didn't mind paying December, but I was still charged in January. It's not about the $30 it's about doing the job correctly. The gym is great overall, and I hope staff double-checks these requests in the future.

I have been going to gyms for over 30 years, and unfortunately this has been one of the worst…read morefitness centers I've ever joined. They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members.

This location is spacious and has plenty of equipment. It includes a pool and basketball court, but I haven't used either yet. The equipment seems well maintained although there is usually a piece of equipment that is marked for servicing. The staff all seem nice and there is one gentleman who I think works weekends and is good about cleaning. Honestly this is one of my favorite locations due to the layout and spaciousness, but they really need to work on the cleaning aspect. There was a really bad body odor smell in the men's locker room the last time I was there. Also a few times I have been there the pool or jacuzzi has been out of service but they are good about communicating to Members and servicing quickly. Aside from that no complaints. I just wish there were locations closer to me because driving the 25-30 mins it takes me to get there makes it hard to get a workout in during the week. Really love this location on the weekends as it's not too crowded most times.

March 2026 Review I…read morewas part of the 5am crew here. Morning crew works out hard, minimal distractions and off to work/school. I would also come in around 430p to do cardio and it's a completely different t crowd and vibe. Expect lots of teenagers around this time. And expect to wait (like any other gym not just F19). Equipment: great variety of machines and free weights. Depending on the time of the day, the wait for equipment wasn't too bad. The machines are fairly new and well maintained. The free weights were plentiful. There is a room dedicated purely to leg exercises which was great. And that included 3 individual hip thrust machines which is historically always taken. Couple of hydromassage chairs too. Cardio: PLENTY of cardio equipment. Treadmills, bikes ellipticals, multiple stair climbers and 2 Concept 2 rowing machines. I never had to wait for cardio equipment. Staff: Aaron the GM sets the tone with his staff. They are super friendly, helpful and greet you on the way in and out. My first day there, Aaron introduced himself to me. Despite being a member of F19 in Northern CA, it was refreshing to have that interaction, who I later found out was the GM. The staff can be seen cleaning, racking weights and helping others work out. I met Jessica (who's in probably the best shape of anyone in MoVal) and she's super friendly and her workouts are intense (don't be intimated by her. She's very sweet). Location: plenty of parking and i felt safe no matter what time I went. Sometimes shady characters are afoot, but isn't that IE living? Cons: Nobody. I mean nobody racks their weights here. Maybe 2-3 people in the 5am crew. Aside from them, no one racks weights. Work In/Share: when it's busy, you work your sets in with people. Not here. Get used to teenagers in their phones or working out in groups of 4-5 on any given day. It's simple, if it's busy you share. If you're not working out, move out the way. Wipe Down: despite the abundance of free wipes available, sweaty people here rarely wipe down. Come on man! Simple universal gym rules: Rack your weights Share the equipment Wipe down These are common fouls here, not F19s fault. Just be prepared for this. Lastly, the 4-5am crew...there is a very strange character who works out here. Wears a mask and military clothing. Multiple tripods and ego lifts like crazy. Fine. Ego lift all you want. But it's not necessary to slam your weights EVERY SINGLE time. It's annoying and the loud grunting is equally annoying. You can't miss this guy. He looks like a deleted character from Mortal Kombat. Dances in the mirror to himself and talks to himself. I'm from the Bay Area and I've seen some strange and bizarre stuff. This guy takes the cake. Hes the epitome of bad gym culture though...I'd not the prime definition. Overall....i was happy to be here for several months.
