Did a great job repairing our horse trailer. Had the yearly inspection & new tires. Will be back!

Love their equipment, but the service they gave was very unprofessional. My son and I checked all day and most of the time no one was working on putting my new bed on and they blamed that on the scratch, like I made it up or something. Couldn't even tell me which bed would fit my truck until after me being there 6 hours. The real kicker is how long it took them to install the backup camera and what a horrible messed up job that turned out to be. Can you believe they cut in to my license plate and the camera is under the recessed chrome plate so all I mostly see now when I back up to my trailer is blacked out because it is shadowed out of the box it is in. It is horrible to say the least. They never showed me the lights working, no communication and I tried all day to make things go smoother, but couldn't get that except for the one lady in the office helping me some with questions, but the guys there don't want your input or questions. I am not a bed installer, but common sense would say not to put a camera in a recessed box so it is no longer functional. I asked the tech about it and he said it is better than some. I wish they would communicate with the customer first when there is a problem like this to see if it is okay for my camera not to work and to have hole cut out of my license holder and license plate. Who does this to a brand new bed?! Would anyone really want this done to them? My sensors don't even work right, because my camera is worthless. I got home and couldn't see my hitch because it is a crew cab and needed my camera to work and guess what?! I could not see anything. What a mess this has been. I was so excited to get this bed, but the lack of communication, not on my part, I tried all day. Ever time I tried to avoid this kind of disaster they ignored me. This camera situation should have not happened they should know putting it there it would not work, not to mention how bad that looks with a cut out spot in your license plate. They need to be trained on another way of installing the camera. Also my exhaust goes right into the bumper and they should have informed me of that. They acted like they hadn't done this before. I liked their facilities and the flatbed choices, but they could sure have better customer service. I cried part of the day there, because of the lack of concern for my truck or the way it was getting done. This could have been a great experience. They should have discussed the camera issue beforehand and not done this to my new bed, but again NO communication on their part. I would gladly send business their way because of the faculties and equipment, but customer service needs a lot of work. I also asked the tech why it did not have mud flaps as shown in the picture on the brochure and he says you don't put them on that style, well, why are they on in the brochure? I called the day before and the lady I talked to said they go come with mud-flaps, but it was not for these, obviously. Again, where is the communication to the customer that has an interest in their business. They informed me I would have to get with CM on that. So, I am contacting them today to find out why their dealers don't know anything about putting them on, when I have seen them on this model of beds many times. If the customer wants that, shouldn't that be an option? So many issues that should not be. Before coming here I had bragged to several people how much I liked their selection and place of business, but their service practices needs serious work. Just now cleaned it up looked through tool box and found one key bent almost in half. Love the bed though.
