Jim helped him (Fred Brown) to help diagnose and get our turbo sensor replaced ASAP as we were on a time schedule to arrive in Michigan. He was able to get us up and running and on the road again in the same day which was really much appreciated. When later in the trip the engine trouble light again came on Jim helped my husband Fred over the phone while we were in Michigan. Above and beyond mechanics and customer service. He advised me where to have the tow truck driver to leave my bus. We camped in their parking lot for the night. The next morning at 8AM I met Jim and he had already assigned Brian to assess and repair our throttle. Incredible as it may seem they had the part I needed in stock. Brian was professional and took great care to not soil our interior. He quickly installed and adjusted the part and we were completely done at 9AM. The repair bill was very reasonable. At first I was a little skeptical because when I got there there was one lane going into the service area and one lane coming out but I soon saw that they had six tech stations waiting on customers. Ashley was the one I had talk to on the phone and recognized me immediately even though we had never met. She checked me in and asked me a lot of questions about the problem and then fixed me up with a loaner car. She let me know it would be the following day before they could analyze the problem and she would give me a call as soon as she knew anything. She kept me informed through text and phone calls. The work was performed and accomplished when she said it would. Ashley was busy when I came to pick up my truck but one of the other techs promptly checked me out and got me on my way home.
