Purchased a 83''x18ft tophat trailer from the north little rock,ar company on 4-15-2025, two days…read morelater when mounting my own tires on my brand new trailer, i discovered that the front of the tires/wheels were not even across front and back tire ?, called them, told them i would bring it back to them, so they could look at it, i could show them what the problem is?. spent over an hour at this place not only explaining to them..but showing them with a 2x6's edge what the problem is. they argued with me , telling me nothing was wrong with my trailer, '' go pound sand '' we can't help you. then advised me to take my new trailer to tcj welding shop over in little rock,ar. who does their warranty work. after doing this, being told one thing, them doing another, i wound up going to pick my trailer back up with no work being done to it. be warned !!..if you take a trailer there that has dexter axles on it ?..they will replace them with a axle named '' axle plus '' !!!..they do not carry dexter axles at all !!. p.s. i did contact the company that makes tophat trailers, the man i spoke to was MORE than happy to help me with me issue with my trailer, bottom line, it is NOT the fault of the company that makes these trailers, they make a very nice trailer, but the dealers that sell them ?, thats another story !.
